Description
The HRIS Manager is responsible for the strategic ownership, administration, and evolution of the organization's Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting a fast-growing, acquisition-driven company by ensuring HR systems scale efficiently, integrate seamlessly, and deliver reliable data to support workforce decisions.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in high-growth environments, M&A integrations, and enterprise HCM implementations, with the ability to balance hands-on system execution with long-term HR technology strategy.
HRIS Strategy & System Ownership
- Serve as the owner and subject matter expert for the organization's HCM ecosystem (HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, benefits, talent modules, integrations).
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure system stability, data integrity, and optimal user experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership on HR technology capabilities and limitations.
- Translate business needs into system solutions and clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Implementation & Optimization
- Lead end-to-end HCM implementations, upgrades, and module expansions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Manage implementation partners and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with business requirements.
- Continuously evaluate system functionality and recommend enhancements to improve automation, efficiency, and reporting.
Mergers & Acquisitions Support
- Support HR Leadership with HRIS due diligence for acquisitions, including system assessments, data mapping, and integration planning.
- Execute HRIS integrations for acquired entities, including data conversion, process alignment, and change management.
- Support rapid onboarding of newly acquired workforces while maintaining compliance and data accuracy.
Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure HR data accuracy, governance, and security across all systems.
- Establish routine/automated reporting to meet business needs and support ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Support compliance with federal, state, local, and international employment and payroll regulations as applicable.

Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Advanced experience in BI report writing and dashboard development to support HR, Finance, and executive leadership.
- Ability to translate workforce and compensation data into actionable insights using HCM reporting tools and/or external BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of data structures, data validation, and audit controls to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Experience delivering recurring operational reports as well as ad hoc analytics for headcount, labor cost, benefits, and workforce planning.
Systems Integrations & Data Architecture
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between HCM systems and enterprise platforms, including ERPs, payroll engines, benefits vendors, and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of how ERPs (e.g., financials, GL, cost centers, project accounting) interact with HCM systems to support payroll, labor costing, and financial reporting.
- Experience partnering with Finance and IT to align HR data flows with accounting structures, chart of accounts, and reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of integration methods such as APIs, file feeds, middleware, and scheduled data exchanges.
- Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies across systems and lead root-cause analysis between HCM, ERP, and downstream applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including system ownership and configuration.

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Production Supervisor in our Glastonbury location to plan, direct, and coordinate all assigned operations following manufacturing objectives. As a Production Supervisor, you will manage and provide direction to departmental personnel in implementing modern, cost-effective practices to achieve the goals of the department according to all safety, quality, housekeeping, and production standards. Job Responsibilities
- Sales and marketing of all Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products, including utility vaults, concrete pipe, culverts, manholes, catch basins and other drainage products. Customers include civil contractors, utility companies and municipalities.
- Prospect opportunities and companies and market products within core markets.
- Identify and bid all appropriate projects within assigned marketing area. Participate in the development of bid strategy for each job.
- Utilize various software tools to manage prospects, issue quotes and communicate with a broader team.
- Assist the Area Sales Manager in developing strategy and tactics that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability in key markets through assigned geography.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the engineering community. Leverage these relationships to get Oldcastle products specified on future projects.
- Will be responsible for meeting specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.
- Partner with other departments (Quality Control, Production, Operations, Transportation, and Accounting) to ensure every account receives the highest level of customer service.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast concrete manufacturing sales, or similar product sales.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen in regard to sales and marketing and/or the civil infrastructure construction market; be knowledgeable in regard to current and possible future industry trends.
- Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings, and engineering production drawings.
- Must have ability to travel (approx. 50% +) throughout the sales region.
- Must have the drive and self-discipline to work independently within territory to accomplish goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers – both internal and external.
- Be a pro-active, self-motivated, self-starter who is action oriented and drives for results.
- Be experienced with technical sales to engineers and specifying agencies (Not necessity but a plus).
- Be proficient in basic Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Traveling Electrical Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This unique position offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction projects while traveling extensively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, specifically in high voltage, commercial ground up, industrial ground up, and data center projects. This is a high-impact role that requires a combination of project management, technical expertise, and leadership skills. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of electrical projects, including design, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
2. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
3. Handle high voltage electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and data center settings.
4. Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
5. Solve complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to meet project goals.
6. Regularly report progress to senior management, including budget, schedule, and any potential issues.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and building codes.
8. Travel extensively to various construction sites to oversee project execution and ensure quality control.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
3. Proven experience with high voltage, commercial ground up, industrial ground up, and data center projects.
4. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
8. Willingness to travel extensively.
9. PMP certification is a plus.

Description
In an assigned cell, perform a variety of inspection processes, using various tools and equipment, following standardized methods and established techniques, to verify production process integrity up through and which may include preparation and presentation of parts to customer for Final Inspection or sale. Assist in 1st Article presentations or Production Lot Test initiatives. Accept or reject material based on findings.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
- Work from applicable written inspection procedures, drawings, and other pertinent instructions to plan and perform dimensional and visual inspection on parts, tools, gages, and other equipment, accepting material or referring for rework or quality review based on findings.
- Use a variety of fixed and variable measuring instruments including computerized machines where program instructions are well defined to check dimensions and recording results. Perform necessary mathematical computations to determine extent of non-conformance and complete appropriate paperwork.
- Follow established procedures to perform in-line checks and verification of dimensions and make sure that operation sheets are being followed.
- Recognize need and arrange for repair or replacement of equipment used in performing work as necessary.
- Support initiatives as directed to reduce MRB and re-work requirements, and assist in the manufacture of quality parts.
- Assist on various internal program audits.
- May assist others at their direction in the investigation of unusual non-conformances, new or changed inspection sequences, and other specialized assignments within the scope and skill level of this job function.
- Support Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement initiatives and function as requested.
- Recommend, and participate in environmental health and safety practices.
- Refer difficulties to higher-level Inspectors, Lead Person, and /or Supervisor.
- Perform routine servicing throughout assigned area following specified procedures, and written instructions, such as operators' checklist, for upkeep and to assure equipment operates properly.
- May be assigned to carry out tasks, not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department or cell objectives and to develop individual skills.
- May be required to train for, obtain, and maintain licenses, operator permits, and certifications within assigned area or cell.
