We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced BOM Analyst to manage and maintain the Bill of Materials and routers (designated as BOMs throughout). The BOMA will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of product data throughout the lifecycle of development and production. This role requires close collaboration with the operations, technical, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and product delivery.
RESPONSIBILITES / DUTIES:
- Create, update, and maintain accurate BOMs and raw material part numbers for all Novipax products.
- Ensure BOMs are aligned with technical specifications, design changes, and manufacturing requirements.
- Coordinate and implement changes affecting the BOM.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely incorporation of design and process changes.
- Maintain a controlled process for BOM versioning to track revisions and updates.
- Perform regular audits of BOM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational and industry standards.
- Validate the compatibility of components to avoid production errors.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies in BOM data and resolve issues in collaboration with relevant teams.

Experience and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in BOM management or related roles in a manufacturing organization.
- Familiarity with manufacturing product development and processes.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems for BOM management (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IQMS).
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Excel power user strongly preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Plan, schedule and oversee the execution of all electrical maintenance activities in the plant in order to maximize equipment utilization and reliability
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Oversee the maintenance of process instrumentation to ensure proper environmental compliance.
- Oversee the maintenance of quality instrumentation to ensure proper quality control.
- Keep the Maintenance Manager informed of all electrical department issues including union issues, budget compliance, equipment reliability, and inter-department coordination.
- Develop and maintain the electrical and computer control system Predictive/Preventive Maintenance program.
- Daily monitoring of the plant electrical equipment to ensure reliability through physical inspections and process monitoring.
- Prioritize, plan, schedule and assign electrical and control system work, and coordinate this work with the other departments.
- Follows-up on the effectiveness of the work performed and initiates corrective measures where necessary.
- Maintain electrical documentation including but not limited to master equipment files, regulatory compliance files, equipment specifications, and repair history.
- Assist in the development of the electrical budget and maintain compliance to the budget.
- Evaluate computer control equipment and their components to assure they meet the plant requirements.
- Define, write and implement process control programs.
- Provide control system training and guidance for plant personnel.
- Troubleshoot control system hardware and software problems.

POSITION SUMMARY
Recommend, procure, and oversee the maintenance and installation of rotating equipment systems and parts which will provide the highest reliability, operability, and efficiency for plant service in a cost effective manner. Assist engineering staff with: failure analysis, procedure generation and review, standards generation and review. Act as technical resource to Maintenance.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate technical degree or equivalent experience in rotating equipment designs and system designs is highly desirable
- Advanced equipment training, applicable college training, broad-based exposure to machines, and additional years of experience are desirable
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years’ successful work experience with strong skills as either machinist or millwright required
- 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory role (or equivalent) preferred
- Must have a thorough knowledge of rotating equipment applications, designs and systems.
- Must have broad knowledge of and experience with the maintenance of motors, pumps, turbines, fans, and compressors
- Experience in vibration analysis
- Intermediate computer proficiency required, including Word and Excel
- Demonstrated competency of analytical problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Experience with computerized maintenance systems, such as Maximo, preferred

RTI International is seeking self-motivated and outgoing individuals to work on an important and long-standing government-sponsored study, the National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG), as Part-Time Field Interviewers.
The National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG), conducted by the federal government since 1973, is a national survey of women and men, 15-49 years of age, designed to provide national estimates of factors affecting pregnancy and birth rates, and general reproductive health. The topics covered in the NSFG are sensitive but extremely important for understanding women’s and men’s health and well-being in the United States.
The NSFG interview covers sexual activity, contraceptive use, pregnancy history (including pregnancy loss), infertility, relationship experience, (including marriages and cohabitation), use of medical services (including family planning, infertility services, and preventative health care), and experience with adoption and foster care. For more information on the NSFG research project and requirements, please see: Interviewers will make face-to-face visits to selected households to screen for eligible respondents and conduct in-person NSFG interviews. Given the survey description above, these interviews require asking sensitive questions to selected respondents in a private setting using a project-provided tablet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on food processing and packaging equipment.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, mixers, ovens, freezers, pumps, gearboxes, and automated packaging lines.
- Troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including valves, cylinders, regulators, and air systems.
- Supporting electrical systems including motors, VFDs, sensors, control panels, and industrial power distribution.
- Assisting with PLC and HMI troubleshooting, monitoring I/O, and identifying root causes of equipment faults.
- Documenting work completed using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Partnering with Production and Quality teams to minimize downtime and maintain food safety standards.
- Following all safety procedures including lockout/tagout, GMPs, and plant safety policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven maintenance experience within a food manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to ammonia refrigeration systems in an industrial environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience supporting production equipment in a high-volume setting.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Strong safety mindset with hands-on troubleshooting capability.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms).
- Electrical and controls troubleshooting beyond basic mechanical repair.
- Background in automated food packaging or process manufacturing.
Compensation Range: $37/hr - $48/hr
Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (3:00 pm-11:30 pm)

Corporate Environment Health Safety Specialist
JOB SUMMARY:
This individual will have responsibility for the development, implementation, standardization, and maintenance of environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple manufacturing locations in the United States and Canada. This role ensures regulatory compliance, supports enterprise-wide risk reduction initiatives, and drives continuous improvement of corporate EHS performance through governance, auditing, analytics, and cross-site collaboration. Maintaining compliance with environmental and safety regulations is also a key responsibility.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Development/Implementation of safety programs for all manufacturing locations
- Maintaining environmental compliance at all locations (waste disposal, air permitting, stormwater, reporting)
- Field work (waste disposal work as required)
- Travel of 40-50% is required
- Haz-Mat DOT compliance
- Provide EHS review and support for capital projects, facility expansions, process changes, and new facility start-ups
- Support due diligence activities associated with acquisitions, divestitures, and facility integrations
- Serve as a corporate liaison with regulatory agencies (EPA, OSHA, state, provincial, and local agencies) as required
- Develop and maintain corporate EHS performance metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting (e.g., TRIR, DART, environmental metrics)

- Attend conferences/training events as required (RCRA, DOT, HAZMAT training, etc.)
- Work with the project team on potential acquisitions/manufacturing changes
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership
- Define and lead Claire’s digital growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Own performance against revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and retention KPIs.
- ABT: Always be testing new segments, new creative hooks and smart optimizations that will deliver growth.
- Lead marketing technology requests and requirements for future Growth capability needs, stemming from opportunities identified through rigorous understanding of customer journey and current points of friction.
CRM, Lifecycle & Personalization
- Optimize and supercharge Claire’s CRM and lifecycle marketing engine.
- Own email and SMS messaging strategies, including segmentation, automation, and personalization.
- Develop customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
- Leverage data and analytics skills to deeply understand incrementality of communications and campaigns. Create reporting structure to communicate campaign success as it relates to incremental behavior, incremental revenue, and ROI of spend.
- Recommend segmentation, targeting, lifetime value, and personalization tactics to improve response & conversion and maximize marketing ROI.
- Accountable for customer file growth through strategic planning and execution while measuring effectiveness of campaigns, seeking areas of improvement and innovative thinking.
- Partner with data and technology teams to implement best-in-class CRM tools and CDP capabilities.
- Develop learning agenda to influence personalization testing in-line with overarching CRM strategy and company priorities.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Oversee all paid media channels, including paid search, paid social, display, affiliates, and emerging platforms alongside agency partners and in-house team.
Loyalty & Customer Retention
- Lead the evolution of Claire’s loyalty program, with a focus on engagement, frequency, and lifetime value.
- Design loyalty mechanics that resonate with younger customers while driving measurable business impact.
- Integrate loyalty deeply into paid media, CRM, and onsite experiences.
- Accountable for loyalty KPIs & file growth through strategic planning and execution while measuring effectiveness of campaigns, seeking areas of improvement and innovative thinking.
Analytics, Insights & Infrastructure
- Define the growth analytics foundation, including dashboards, cohort analysis, and performance reporting.
- Translate data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, measurement, and accountability.
Team Building & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing growth organization, including paid media, CRM, and analytics.
- Hire, mentor, and develop talent in a lean, high-impact environment.

Key requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing. Preferably in a digital direct-to-consumer brand, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing CRM programs E2E with proven growth track record
- Proven success scaling growth at a retail or consumer brand. Brick and mortar retail experience preferred.
- Strong quantitative background, with the ability to analyze data and solve complex problems to unlock CLTV
