Safety Director

The Safety Director leads safety efforts across all regions and works closely with Plant Managers, Trade Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, Project Management and other partners to develop and execute strategic initiatives. This role motivates teams to deliver high quality products safely and on schedule. This position shapes the company’s safety strategies and strengthens a culture where safety is a shared responsibility. It plans, develops, implements, and oversees corporate and regional safety, health, and environmental programs in support of our core value of providing a safe working environment. Responsibilities include creating safety standards and training, monitoring compliance, and managing recognition programs.

Principal Duties and Accountabilities:

Leadership

• Engages teams through clear, informed communication and removes obstacles that impact safety performance.

• Monitors manufacturing activities to verify safety adherence across operations.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field required

Experience:

• 10 years of safety management experience required

Benefits and Compensation:

• The range for this position has been established at $121K to $170K per year and is U.S. Engineering Metalwork's good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
• Your total compensation will go beyond the number on your paycheck. Team members are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance as well as paid time off. Position Overview

SEG is seeking a motivated, detail oriented Inside Sales Support Representative to assist in growing sales of custom UL508A/698 control and relay panel solutions. This role supports business development efforts by preparing accurate quotations, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and ensuring timely, customer-focused service. This position is based on-site at CES Loveland, Colorado facility and requires presence in the location five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales growth through prompt evaluation of quotation opportunities and development of solutions that address specific customer needs using technical and electrical expertise.
• Prepare quotations, perform project costing, and assist with project kick-off activities once orders are received.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to develop accurate and competitive quotes for custom control panel solutions.
• Maintain working knowledge of UL508A/UL698 standards, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Manufacturing Engineer I

Metalworks Manufacturing Engineer I organizes the work being performed through an in-house technology platform. This includes data collection and communication with a variety of sources and data input, plus estimating. The ME also plays a key role in productivity, quality, and safety in our manufacturing operations by utilizing knowledge of product design, fabrication, manufacturing methods and quality control standards.
