Position description
The Department of Statistics at UC Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary instructors to teach the following courses should an opening arise. Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed. The number of positions varies from semester to semester including summer sessions, depending upon the needs of the Department.

General Duties:
General duties include developing syllabi, lecturing, writing assignments, writing and grading exams, supervising teaching assistants, holding office hours, and maintaining a course website. Other duties may be assigned by the Chair as necessary.
TSP (Teacher Special Program) appointments teach our Summer Preparation Bootcamp for the Master of Arts (M.A.) in Statistics program. This bootcamp is a short courses on one or more of the topic areas listed. Most TSP courses are taught in a 'bootcamp' 3-week format in late July and early August .

Job Summary
We are seeking a Statistical Programming Analyst III to join our Research & Analysis team in a partially onsite role, responsible for developing and delivering data-driven reports using large healthcare datasets. Salary range:
The compensation model varies depending upon the course delivery format. For a synchronous Live Online course, a reasonable estimate for this position is $3,250 - $6,000 total per course. For an asynchronous Start Anytime Online course, this position is paid $160 - $180 per final student course grade submitted each month; a reasonable estimate ranges from $2,560 - $18,000 total per course; and monthly payments typically begin within 6 months after the course start date. Instructor compensation is determined by course length, number of units, enrollment, budgetary considerations, and other factors.

Part-time by agreement on a course-by-course basis.

General Duties

Job Overview
Dragoneer Empire is expanding its market presence in palm bay, Florida and all across central florida and is seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our door-to-door field sales team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who want hands-on sales experience, professional development, and performance-based career growth.
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will engage directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to present, educate, and enroll customers in our clients’ products and services. This role offers structured training, daily coaching, and a clear advancement path into leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door outreach within assigned Palm Bay territories
Represent company clients professionally and ethically (AT&T)
Initiate conversations with homeowners and build rapport
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Clearly explain products, pricing, and service options
Overcome objections and close sales in a face-to-face setting
Track daily activity, appointments, and results
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance
Collaborate with leadership and team members to drive results
Training & Development

About the Role
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for owning and growing customer accounts from end to end. This role requires strong commercial instincts, urgency, discipline, and the ability to manage complex aerospace/defense requirements. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers while driving revenue, margin, and account expansion. This is not an order-taker role. This is a performance-driven position for someone who wants responsibility, accountability, and upward mobility.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts
- Drive bookings, revenue growth, and margin performance
- Prepare, present, and negotiate quotes and pricing
- Communicate directly with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and procurement teams
- Coordinate internally with purchasing, quality, logistics, and warehouse teams
- Track and manage open orders, deliveries, and expedites
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (new part numbers, VMI programs, kitting, etc.)
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales records
- Resolve pricing, delivery, and customer issues professionally and decisively
- Represent Empire with confidence, professionalism, and urgency

Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales, account management, or customer-facing role
- Aerospace, defense, industrial distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High sense of urgency and ownership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- U.S. Citizenship required
