Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders courteously and efficiently. Be sure to obtain detailed assignment information from customers utilizing the company Work Order Form.
• Apply active listening skills and ask job related questions to ensure the best recruitment and placement of qualified temporary employee(s) for customer’s open orders.
• Ensure the timely handling of all orders received and verify that all callbacks and other standards are always being met.
• Interview and test applicants to evaluate their qualifications for assignments.
• Actively recruit temporary associates to maintain a consistent flow of candidates.
• Seek new methods of recruiting temporary associates and continue to current recruiting sources that have been effective.
• Assign/place qualified temporary associates to customer work orders.
• Provide detailed assignment information and details to temporary employees to ensure they are prepared for the assignment.
• Monitor temporary employee attendance and performance.
• Troubleshoot to resolve the problems or complaints of customers and temporary associates.
• Organize and prioritize own workload to meet current needs.
• Recruit temporary associates to form a pool of applicants for high demand skill set.
• Answer telephone to provide desired information for customers and temporary associates.
• Maintain customer and temporary employee records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Document all employee and customer information into Avionte software system.
• Protect the confidentiality of all our customers and employee information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• At least 2 years of previous customer service or related business experience. Some basic knowledge of recruiting or human resources from an (office environment, classroom, internship, or as a volunteer).

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, casting directors, photographers, and creative teams
• Respond quickly and effectively to last-minute changes, production shifts, and booking emergencies

• Complete all booking-related documentation including usage terms, contracts, invoicing, and collections
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and relationship development
• Collaborate with the Wilhelmina RM team on growth strategies, social media presence, and talent development

Compensation and Benefits Package

Starting salary: $70,000-$75,000 per year, based on experience (*reviewed annually)

The City of Boston Property Management Department's (PMD) mission is to manage, maintain, repair, and provide security for the City's municipal buildings, including City Hall and Faneuil Hall; to preserve the useful life of City facilities and reduce operating costs through effective preventative maintenance measures.

• Processes incoming and outgoing emergency and non-emergency signals from alarm monitoring software consistent with established protocols and procedures.
• Provides clear and relevant information to field and operations personnel in response to received alarm signals or calls.
• Communicates with Municipal officers, law enforcement, fire, and EMS units as necessary to ensure the safety of people and property.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Two (2) years of professional experience in security operations, public safety dispatch, telecommunications, or call center operations, including facilities, equipment, technology systems, and management practices, is preferred.
• Knowledge of accepted call handling practices for public safety call takers, emphasizing professionalism and customer service, is preferred, including familiarity with the principles and practices of radio communications and the appropriate policies and procedures used in public safety dispatching.
• A basic understanding of the operational needs of public safety responders when receiving dispatch information is preferred.
• Must complete training initiatives and certifications for call receiving and dispatching within six months of hire, including Emergency Telecommunicator Certification (ETC) through the National Academies of Emergency Dispatch (NAED) and CPR Certification.
• The ability to operate various technologies, including modern computers, radio & telephone systems, and monitoring software such as SIS Alarm Center.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a busy and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and competing demands on time.
• The ability to quickly process information from multiple sources (verbal, text, and video), keep information clear, make quick decisions based on minimal information, and accurately recall information on demand, especially names, numbers, and incident details.
