Required Qualifications

β’ At least 1 year of health care management/leadership experience.

Overview
The PCB-A / Manufacturing Process Engineer leads the development, implementation, and optimization of Aduraβs high-reliability thermal PCB, PCB-A, and integrated box-build manufacturing operations.
This role owns end-to-end process control across SMT, THT, selective soldering, vacuum/nitrogen reflow, X-ray validation, electrical test (Flying Probe), conformal coating, and full box-build / subsystem integration.
The position ensures robust manufacturing flow, yield performance, and regulatory compliance for Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Industrial, Lighting, and Medical device programs.
Key Responsibilities
SMT & PCB-A Manufacturing
- Lead full SMT line setup including solder paste printing, 3D SPI control, reflow profiling (vacuum/nitrogen), AOI tuning, X-ray validation, and electrical test integration
- Optimize thermal PCB processes including heavy copper, metal-core, and high-current assemblies
- Establish process controls for Flying Probe electrical validation and functional testing
- Drive yield improvement, scrap reduction, and cycle-time optimization
- Develop PFMEA, control plans, DOE, SPC/CPK strategies
Box Build & Subsystem Assembly
- Design and implement scalable box-build manufacturing flow for complete electronic subsystems
- Develop mechanical assembly processes including torque control, harness integration, connectorization, and enclosure assembly
- Establish ruggedization processes including conformal coating, potting, sealing, and environmental protection
- Define functional test protocols for integrated subsystems
- Support builds of aerospace control modules, defense electronics assemblies, industrial power systems, medical device subsystems, and high-performance lighting modules

Compliance & Regulated Markets

- Execute precision-level cleaning across all areas of the facility, including behind and under equipment, furniture, and high-touch surfaces.
- Maintain flawless presentation of retail areas, towels, amenities, and shared spaces.
- Re-rack weights and reset the training floor consistently throughout shifts.
- Disinfect all equipment and surfaces to elite hygiene standards.
Studio Standards & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with operations to ensure the training environment remains elevated and refined.
- Maintain organized storage areas and outside equipment facilities.
- Uphold discretion and professionalism within a high-profile, member-facing environment.
- Represent DOGPOUND standards through consistency, accountability, and pride in execution.

Requirements
- 3β10+ years of experience in a luxury fitness facility, five-star hotel, private member club, or high-profile private residence.
- Proven ability to maintain immaculate, white-glove presentation standards in premium environments.
- Experience operating in high-profile or celebrity-facing settings preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and structured, Type-A level organization.
- Strong accountability and self-direction, takes initiative without supervision.
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings.

Work Schedule: (3) 13-hour shifts or (4) 10-hour shifts in Days, Nights, or Swings
Sign on bonuses $4,000-$7,500 depending on level of experience and relocation bonus of $3,500-$6,000, available for qualified candidates.

Shift Differentials
- $2.00/hr Ambulance Service Differential, earned on all hours worked.
- $5.00/hr Night Differential, earned on eligible night hours, stacks on base rate.
- $3.00/hr Weekend Differential, earned on eligible weekend hours, stacks on base rate.
- $2.00/hr Bachelor's OR $3.00/hr Master's Education Differential, if in approved focus, earned on all hours worked.
How you support the community.
- Provides prehospital 911 emergency care and/or Inter-facility transportation for injured and/or ill patients.
- Administers medications and performs ALS level interventions and treatments as allowable per the NM State scope of practice, local guidelines, medical direction, and organizational policies.
- Documents and maintains accurate medical records for patient encounters through use of ImageTrend Elite.
- Operates emergency vehicles in a safe manner, consistent with EVOC.
- Assists in the instruction of emergency medical services (EMS) students to provide for positive work-related experiences.
- Attendance at departmental staff meetings and/or in-service educational programs while keeping current with developments in the field.
- Proactively utilizes best practices to minimize response and drop times.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent required
- Current New Mexico driver's license is required without relevant restrictions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a driving record insurable per Presbyterian policy
- Must possess and maintain a State of New Mexico Paramedic license in good standing
- Must maintain all required certifications (i.e., ACLS, BLS)
- Must be up to date with FEMA 100, 200, 700 courses
- EMT experience preferred
- Must pass physical abilities assessment
- Must obtain medical examiner certification/DOT certification as part of on-boarding and maintain.
