Freelance Production Assistant
Client Overview: American clothing and accessories retailer.
Position Overview: Coordinate information for development of new styles from concept to production via interaction with internal and external cross functional partners and across all International channels.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Design to drive trends/concepts to executable samples by working with factories
- Work with Design to select fabrics and trims to meet Design aesthetics, price points, and quality needs
- Ensure compliance to T&A calendar and major milestones by working with cross-functional team; elevate issues to Manager/Director as needed

Overview
The Building Engineer reports to the Area Chief Engineer while maintaining a strong working relationship with all Property Managers in the assigned area. They support property managers by addressing a wide range of operational needs, from tenant improvement projects to preventive maintenance and repairs across all building systems. All work must be performed in a way that protects and enhances the value of the property.
This role requires exceptional client service, professionalism in all interactions with tenants and RMR staff, and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration. The Building Engineer must also be able to obtain a GSA badge through the GSA. The current portfolio consists of 138,608 square feet.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and log all HVAC and MEP equipment under the direction of their supervisor.
- Complete tenant service requests, and develop and maintain positive tenant relations through prompt, courteous response to tenant requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, plumbing and electrical systems, as directed by their supervisor. Duties include, but are not limited to changing filters, coil cleaning, greasing motors, replacing light bulbs & ballasts, inspecting/adjusting belts, and regular inspections of equipment.
- Maintain computerized or manual equipment logs that detail preventive work performed.
- Clean and paint equipment and surrounding areas relating to equipment and equipment rooms.
- Assist in ordering stock and inventory of parts and supplies, as needed.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns.
- Review elevator maintenance records and confirm elevator maintenance is performed per national agreement. Inspect condition of elevator machine rooms. Report any elevator deficiencies to their supervisor.
- Assist with review of tenant improvement plans. Inspect active construction areas and confirm contractors are following all building rules and regulations.
- Coordinate fire alarm and sprinkler shutdown and drain downs with contractors as needed.
- Coordinate all quarterly fire alarm testing and maintenance with building vendor.
- Maintain and operate life safety/fire systems.
- Perform carpentry and snow removal, if necessary.
- Take meter readings on all meters and equipment as directed by their supervisor.
- Perform minor repairs on doors, hardware, lock, windows, ceilings, and floors.
- Troubleshoot, evaluate and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities.
- Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenance.
- Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions and report to management.
- Inspect new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives, as related to building operations and practicing safe work habits.
- Daily communication with property management, engineering staff, security, tenants and contractors/vendors is vital.
General Maintenance and Operation Duties:
- Understand OSHA guidelines and how to ensure that all equipment is maintained to guidelines/standards.
- Read and follow written and oral instructions.
- Convey thoughts and recommendations orally and/or in writing to supervisors, contractors and others in order to resolve building-related problems.
- Operate and use necessary manual and power-driven tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of building maintenance experience or commensurate experience in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- HVAC or electrical technical school training is preferred However not mandatory.
- Applicable military experience or other related operations experience will be considered including power plants, multi-family, hotels, hospitals, facilities, etc.
- Experience with automated building management systems.
- Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage own time on a daily basis with little supervision
- Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities, and continually heavy workloads.

We are working with a global beauty retailer on their search for a strategic, execution-oriented DE&I program leader to own and elevate our national Pride initiative; driving enterprise-wide engagement, compelling storytelling, and large-scale community activation.
You will lead the planning and execution of 8 major Pride parades nationwide and approximately 60 in-store Brave Space activations, ensuring our values of belonging and equity are brought to life for employees, clients, and the communities we serve.
This role partners directly with senior DE&I leadership and collaborates across Communications, Retail Operations, Marketing, Social Impact, ERG leaders, nonprofit partners, and executive stakeholders. Hybrid Schedule: In-person at San Francisco office every Tuesday and Wednesday and on Sunday, June 29th to support the San Francisco Pride Parade.
What You’ll Own
Enterprise Pride Strategy & Program Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of a national Pride initiative spanning 8 Pride parades and ~60 in-store activations.
- Drive timeline management, asset development, vendor coordination, logistics, and stakeholder alignment across corporate, retail, and distribution centers.
- Partner with nonprofit organizations and external vendors to ensure flawless activation and brand-aligned execution.
- Develop scalable playbooks, tools, and engagement resources that elevate ERG impact and streamline program delivery.
- Track participation, engagement metrics, and program ROI — delivering post-program insights and executive-ready reporting.
DE&I Communications & Inclusive Storytelling
- Own and craft enterprise-wide internal communications supporting Pride initiatives across digital platforms and internal channels.
- Translate DE&I strategy into compelling narratives that inspire participation and deepen belonging.
- Collaborate with creative and editorial teams to ensure inclusive, resonant storytelling across touchpoints.
- Serve as the connective tissue across Corporate, Retail, and Distribution communications to ensure message consistency and cultural alignment.
Operational & Strategic Support
- Partner with DE&I leadership on budget tracking, forecasting, and vendor management.
- Provide structure, clarity, and operational rigor to complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Anticipate risks, remove friction, and ensure on-time, high-impact delivery.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of graphic design experience (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand experience preferred).

- Strong portfolio demonstrating refined typography, layout skills, and execution across digital campaigns
- Experience designing for paid media formats, responsive email, and social-first creative.

Role Overview
In Spring 2026, STAUD will open its South Coast Plaza location. We are seeking a selling stylist who will serve as the ultimate brand ambassador, delivering an elevated, personalized client experience while driving sales through relationship-based selling.
As a Stylist, you will build meaningful and lasting client relationships, provide 1:1 personalized styling, and contribute to a dynamic store environment that reflects STAUD’s brand values and aesthetic. This role requires strong sales acumen, styling expertise, operational excellence, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting.
Essential Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service and elevated styling experiences that surprise and delight our clients
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying STAUD’s values and engaging clients through authentic storytelling and product knowledge
- Drive personal and store sales goals through relationship selling and clienteling
- Build and maintain a loyal client book through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Responsible for opening and closing the store
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and uphold brand presentation on a daily basis
