Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school.

What You’ll Do



  • Deliver psychiatric nursing services aligned with the needs and model fidelity of each program.
  • Apply expertise in psychiatric assessment and intervention across diverse clinical settings.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and care teams to coordinate psychiatric and medical treatment.
  • Oversee medication monitoring and administration and manage pharmaceutical and medical supplies.
  • Support individuals in their recovery journey by promoting wellness, independence, and personal growth.
  • Lead operational responsibilities including nurse scheduling, UKG and Compass management, and annual performance evaluations for assigned nursing staff.

What You Bring



  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Active State of Michigan RN Licensure.
  • Minimum of four years of psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Stages of Change.
  • Ability to work independently with flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, or holidays.
