Responsibilities
- Review client payroll data for accuracy. This requires checking critical details such as accuracy of taxing locales and balancing figures from multiple databases.
- Review client invoicing for accuracy. This requires checking critical details such as supporting payroll information.
- Finalize payroll and print checks.
- Finalize invoicing and print invoices.
- Prepare packets for shipment to customers.
- Assist with other functions within department such as invoicing and customer service.
- Balance payroll and invoicing to accounting statement for accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Payrolls are completed within required banking time frames.
- Payrolls are accurate.
- Invoices are generated accurately and timely.
- Packets are shipped properly and timely.

Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Associate to provide back-office support to our clients. This role is responsible for posting daily cash receipts, ensuring accuracy across all invoices, and identifying potential fraud through verification processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately post all incoming cash to the correct client accounts and invoices based on remittances provided.
- Ensure all cash is processed and posted within the same business day.
- Verify that all invoices have appropriate backup documentation and seek clarification on any discrepancies.
- Follow up with internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect information.
- Research, reconcile, and analyze all data received to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in accounting and financial transactions, adhering to internal controls and policies.
- Monitor for and help identify potential fraudulent activity during verification processes.
Skill Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience (high-volume cash application experience preferred).
- High school diploma required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly in accounts receivable processes.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of payments efficiently and accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting systems/software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma required.

Position Summary
The Regional EHSS Manager is responsible for leading and implementing environmental, health, safety, and security programs across assigned locations. This role ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations—including DOT, OSHA, and EPA—and drives a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence. The EHSS Manager partners with operations, terminal, and distribution center leadership to proactively identify risks, improve driver and employee performance, and reduce at-risk behaviors.
This role partners closely with corporate, divisional, and site leadership to embed a culture of accountability, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement across all business lines — including terminals, warehouses, maintenance facilities, and transportation operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
· Ensure full compliance with DOT (FMCSA), OSHA, and EPA regulations, including driver qualification, hours of service, vehicle maintenance, hazardous materials handling, and environmental reporting.
· Maintain and audit all required documentation (driver logs, DQ files, medical certifications, incident records, environmental permits, etc.).
· Monitor regulatory changes and update policies, procedures, and training as needed.
· Prepare and submit required environmental reports and permits.
Safety Culture & Operational Excellence
· Champion a Safety Culture of Excellence by visibly demonstrating commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.
· Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHSS policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
· Conduct regular compliance audits and inspections at terminals and distribution centers.
· Conduct site visits and employee observations providing constructive coaching to improve performance and reduce risk.
· Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and safety events for employees and contractors.
· Promote employee engagement in safety committees and continuous improvement initiatives.
Incident Investigation & Risk Management
· Investigate accidents, injuries, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
· Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate workplace and environmental risks.
· Track and report EHSS performance metrics; analyze trends and recommend improvements.
Environmental Stewardship
· Oversee environmental compliance, including air and water quality, hazardous waste management, and pollution prevention.
· Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with EPA and DOT regulations.
Communication & Reporting
· Serve as the EHSS liaison for assigned locations, providing timely communication to management regarding compliance, incidents, and corrective actions.
· Supply management with regular safety, compliance, and environmental reports.
· Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and communications.
Support Functions
· Support claims and training departments as required.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred.
· Professional certifications (CSP, ASP, OSHA 30-Hour, HAZWOPER) strongly preferred.
· Minimum 3-5 years of EHSS management experience in transportation, logistics, or industrial environments.
Skills & Competencies
· In-depth knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
· Experience with accident investigation, risk management, and compliance audits.
· Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
· Proficiency with safety management systems (e.g. Lytx, Evotix, Geotab) and reporting tools.
· Ability to train and engage employees at all levels.
Physical Demands
Ability to travel regionally and conduct field audits, inspections, and training. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed. Close vision required for inspections and documentation.

Position Overview
SAVI EHS is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to support a large-scale data center construction project in Sterling, Virginia.
This role will support the Construction Manager and project leadership team, overseeing site-wide safety compliance and driving a proactive safety culture across all trade partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong data center or large commercial construction experience and hold recognized industry credentials.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance for the project
- Conduct documented daily EHS inspections and audits
- Deliver site-specific EHS orientations
- Assist in coordinating crane activities and high-risk operations
- Participate in and review Daily Hazard Analyses (DHAs)
- Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with project leadership to maintain an injury-free workplace
- Collect and analyze leading and lagging safety indicators to identify trends and implement improvement strategies
- Review and assist in development of EHS plans
- Ensure trade contractors adhere to approved safety plans
- Verify craft worker training and qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of construction EHS experience (data center experience preferred)

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EHS or related field (preferred)
- OSHA 500 or OSHA 510 certification
