A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
Risk Management
• Administer the Company workers’ compensation and liability insurance programs.
• Investigate and evaluate all on-the-job accidents and reports injury to insurance carriers.
• Maintain incident logs, OSHA records, and claim documentation
• Support OSHA compliance, audits, and inspections

Position Summary
The Operations & Project Manager improves how Abel Richard runs day to day and delivers cross-functional projects that move the business forward. This role builds scalable processes, strengthens operational controls, and drives execution across teams. Vendor Coordination and Operational Support

- Coordinate purchasing and vendor workflows with Finance (invoice matching support, documentation, approvals, and renewal tracking).
- Maintain operational readiness for peak periods, launches, and company-wide changes.
Internal Controls, Compliance Support, and Documentation
- Maintain operational documentation with strong version control (SOPs, forms, checklists, training guides).
- Support internal controls through consistent processes and audit-ready records (examples: access controls, vendor documentation, invoice controls, and incident documentation).
- Coordinate training and communication for new processes and changes to ensure adoption and consistent execution.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Retail Leadership to ensure corporate initiatives are practical, adopted, and supported with clear documentation and training.
- Partner with Finance on reporting needs, purchasing controls, and operational metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–6+ years of experience in operations and/or project management with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Prepares IVs aseptically and in a timely manner promoting efficiency and cost effectiveness. Reviews levels of batched IV medications, batches, documents all required information, and assures batches are checked and put away promptly. Checks rates and status of IVs and assists in the coordination of treatments and clearances to minimize waste and optimize treatment. Demonstrates a strong knowledge of IV equipment, sterile technique, total parenteral nutrition, and safe-handling of hazardous drugs, preparation and precautions. - Fills automated dispensing machines accurately and promptly. Fills stock outs, fixes failed drawers, and delivers discrepancy reports. Removes expired medications and records destruction. Reviews daily compare reports and processes reconciliation sheets in CII safe. Resolves daily problems with equipment and issues or escalates to the next level and follows up. Performs monthly inspections of designated automated dispensing machine. Legibly signs all paperwork and/or labels associated with these processes.
- Repackages oral medications accurately. Assures all products are bar-coded. Places ancillary labels on specified products when necessary. Checks expirations on all medications, pulls outdated products and places in a segregated area to be returned/destroyed. Retrieves recalled medications from all stock locations. Obtains medications when needed. Puts supplies away in appropriate locations. Legibly signs all paperwork and/or labels associated with this process.

Financial Analyst Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Acquisitions & Development team of a fast-growing real estate investment and development firm. The role will work directly with the Senior Acquisitions & Development Associate and will gain significant exposure to the full acquisition and investment process. Primary Responsibilities:
Underwriting and Pro Forma Management:
- Own financial models for value-add and development projects, including: initial underwriting, updates throughout the due diligence, and during project execution
- Validate all pro forma assumptions (revenue, expenses, financing, capex, etc.) using portfolio operating data, market research, disclosures and other sources.
- Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to further define risks on specific transactions or prospective markets, as well as support on key decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate on improvements to Riaz Capital model template(s) and underwriting tools as needed.
- Own and advocate for global assumption changes (financing, calculation updates, new functionality, etc.).

- Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
- Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
- Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
- Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
- Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
- At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

What you'll do
You plan your day, set priorities, and work with your team to keep freight moving safely and on time. You communicate clearly, solve problems as they come up, and adapt to changes on the road or in the plan.
You handle all required paperwork and electronic logs accurately and follow all DOT, state, and company guidelines.
You safely operate your tractor-trailer, inspecting it before, during, and after each trip to keep it in top shape.
You will run optimized routes by following traffic laws and local restrictions—reducing delays and improving on-time delivery performance.

Minimum Qualifications
Interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement (including cleared background check) or will obtain HAZMAT endorsement (with cleared background check) within 120 calendar days of date of hire.
Minimum of 30 months (2.5 years) experience working in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 3 years (36 months).
No more than two (2) moving violations while operating a personal and/or commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No serious traffic violations while operating a personal and/or commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No preventable accidents* while operating a personal and/or commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.

Drivers are paid a fixed rate for each mile driven, with additional pay for certain activities. For some activities drivers receive the mileage rate plus activity pay. For other activities they receive only activity pay. Drivers also receive Average Daily Pay (ADP) in certain circumstances.

Drivers receive only activity pay for activities including Accident, Breakdown, Weather/Road Closure, Cleaning Rejected Trailer, Assigned tractor not available, Out of hours (70), Snow Removal assigned trailer, Undock Trailers, Trailer Weight issue, and Wait Time.
Drivers may be eligible to receive Average Day’s Pay (ADP) for circumstances such as to calculate paid time off (PTO), safety day, holiday, deferred holiday, bereavement, and jury duty. A driver will receive ADP when attending a Walmart event scheduled to last a full day (8 hours or more). Drivers will be paid a full ADP even if the driver performs no driving duties following the event. The full ADP is paid in addition to the pay earned for all activities, miles, and layover performed after the event.

- Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
- Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
- Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
- Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
- Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
- Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
- At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED• 12+ months commercial driving
• Valid CDL-A
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Pass road test
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from between 10-35 pounds and up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location

Food and food service delivery Drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!
The CDL-B Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed. Report all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies. Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Performs count check of items and checks customer invoices of products that have been loaded.
- Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
- Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
