What You’ll Do

YOUR ROLE

Responsible for negotiating with air & ocean carriers (including project and breakbulk) to secure most competitive rate and service as part of overall global ocean core carrier and/or project cargo strategy. Provide rates to internal customers in timely manner. Complete related carrier strategy and tracking projects as required. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Analyze Request for Quote material from internal customers to determine structure for strategy to support business need.
• Develop strategy and negotiate with carriers to secure most competitive rate for specific trade lanes. Present strategy with industry trend background information to upper management and final rate to upper management for approval.
• Prepare and file contracts internally and with FMC, ensure all applicable steps and back up material is in order.
• Utilize internal systems (rate tables, contract management systems, etc.) to retrieve current and benchmark requests for new rates. Complete carriers spend tracking and global carrier strategy projects in a timely manner.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert in area of responsibility for relevant industry trends including carrier rate actions, general rate increases (GRIs) and fuel, which influence rates. Integrate carrier supply and demand, competitor actions and other capacity related factors into rate decisions.
• Prepare and update carrier profiles and matrix reports in support of global core and/or project carrier strategy and carrier management.
• Work closely as member of Corporate Team with Business Development personnel.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or other related discipline or equivalent combination of work experience and education, and/or completion of the LDP Program, preferred. Minimum 3 to 4 years job related experience. Experience in contract preparation and the requirements for FMC filings. Compensation and Benefits

Target Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually

Position Summary

The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor leads daily warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring the efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules and customer deliveries.

This role is responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, managing inbound and outbound logistics, and ensuring accurate inventory management through effective use of ERP/MRP systems. The supervisor also drives operational improvements that enhance productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery performance.

Working cross-functionally with production, procurement, planning, and customer service teams, the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity and supporting high-volume customer fulfillment.

Position Responsibilities- Essential

Warehouse Operations Leadership

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead warehouse personnel through work assignment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage workforce scheduling and resource allocation to support operational priorities and shifting production demands.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence across warehouse operations.

Logistics & Transportation Management

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, freight carriers, and customs partners for domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor transportation schedules, shipment tracking, and dock capacity to ensure efficient material flow.
• Support freight negotiations and shipping cost optimization where applicable.

Inventory & ERP/MRP Management

• Oversee accurate inventory transactions and material movements within the ERP/MRP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, and operational issues.
• Support operational reporting and data analysis to improve warehouse performance and inventory control.

Cross-Functional Supply Chain Coordination

• Collaborate with production, procurement, and inventory planning teams to ensure materials are available to meet manufacturing schedules.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and order fulfillment with customer service and sales teams.
• Serve as a key operational contact for internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Monitor warehouse performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, workflow efficiency, and service levels.
• Support the development of standardized processes and scalable warehouse practices.
• Contribute to capacity planning, workflow optimization, and operational process improvements.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation for shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
• Promote safe material handling practices and a strong safety culture within the warehouse.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred; a combination of education and relevant industry experience will also be considered.3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Strong analytical and data management skills using Excel or similar tools.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is a plus.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) Site Logistics Manager to serve as the vital link between owner‑procured materials and on‑site installation for large‑scale data center projects. This role ensures materials, particularly MEP, flow seamlessly from procurement through installation, supporting fast-paced construction schedules with zero interruptions.

The ideal candidate thrives in complex, high-pressure construction environments and brings deep expertise in coordinating owner-supplied equipment, managing vendors, and ensuring flawless on-site logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics for owner‑furnished equipment and materials—from procurement to installation.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with vendors, suppliers, and General Contractors to align with project timelines.
• Oversee on‑site inventory, warehousing, receiving, and storage operations.
• Ensure materials are damage‑free, organized, and installation-ready.
• Resolve supply chain issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or last-minute changes.
• Track inventory, purchase orders, and shipments using enterprise logistics platforms.
• Maintain full compliance with site safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Act as the communication bridge between owners, vendors, and construction teams.
• Manage contracts with 3PL providers, carriers, and other logistics partners.
• Implement process improvements to streamline logistics operations and reduce project delays.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or materials management.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong background in construction, manufacturing, or industrial logistics.
• Experience with large-scale projects and vendor-managed inventory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

Core Technical Skills

• Advanced experience in on‑site inventory, warehousing, receiving, and storage operations.
• Direct OFCI process experience and coordination of owner‑supplied equipment.
• Proficiency with ERP/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Trimble, etc.).
• Ability to align deliveries with construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for supply chain disruptions.
• Excellent communication and vendor/contractor coordination abilities.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and site safety requirements.
• Experience negotiating and managing logistics and carrier contracts.
