• You will facilitate effective communication among departmental staff to ensure interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to patient care.
• You will appropriate SBAR process for hand-off communication.
• You will assist the patient through all aspects of the procedure, including transport, site preparation, sterile procedure, patient monitoring, and hemostasis following removal of catheter or sheath, and return to room.
• You will manage emergent cases.
• You will maintain accurate, timely and compliant patient records and complete all paperwork associated with these procedures.
• You will prepare tests for physician interpretation.

• Current State of Idaho RN license in good standing
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred

• Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Perform the administration of prescribed medications. Monitor patient for therapeutic response. Notify provider and intervene as appropriate in the event of an unintended response to medication.
• Perform exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strive to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Geothermal Driller based in Manorville, NY. The Geothermal Driller will operate and maintain drilling equipment, and perform drilling operations for geothermal purposes. Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining heavy equipment, conducting site inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role may involve fieldwork in varying environmental conditions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance
• Experience in Geothermal Drilling
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in various environmental conditions
• Commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations
• Valid driver’s license, with a CDL license being a plus
• Prior experience in environmental services or geothermal drilling is highly desirable
