Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced xIL Onsite Coordinator to lead and coordinate development and integration activities related to xIL platforms, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and virtualization environments for automotive software validation.
This role will act as the technical interface between the customer and offshore engineering teams, ensuring smooth execution of HIL/SIL automation, DevOps integration, and platform development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate development and integration of Python-based xIL automation libraries and frameworks.
- Support implementation of test automation frameworks (Robot Framework or similar) for automotive testing.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution, build, deployment, and reporting.
- Coordinate integration of HIL/SIL platforms and automotive test environments.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using Python and YAML.
- Support development of REST APIs and backend services for platform integration.
- Work with automotive communication protocolssuch as CAN, UDS, and XCP.
- Act as the onsite technical coordinator between customer teams and offshore engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot platform, automation, and integration issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills
- Strong Python programming and automation development experience.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar tools).
- Experience with Robot Framework or other automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of HIL/SIL testing platforms and dSPACE toolchain.
- Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, UDS, XCP).
- Experience with Git version control.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of ASAM standards and xIL APIs.
- Experience with automotive calibration tools (INCA, CANape).

We are seeking an Assistant Controller to support the accounting and financial reporting functions of a growing mid-sized company in the engineering tools and light manufacturing industry.
This role is heavily focused on balance sheet integrity, account reconciliations, financial controls, and data analysis within our ERP environment. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting knowledge with advanced data skills and the ability to work effectively within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
The Assistant Controller will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, improving reconciliation processes, and supporting the monthly close and reporting cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the preparation and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve reconciling items and unusual variances
- Maintain supporting documentation and audit trails for key accounts
- Monitor and enforce internal controls across accounting processes
- Identify opportunities to strengthen financial controls and reduce risk
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to analyze financial data and support reporting
- Develop and maintain reports and data extracts for accounting analysis
- Partner with finance and IT teams to improve ERP data accuracy and workflows
- Support ERP optimization initiatives and process improvements
- Improve reconciliation workflows and standardize documentation

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or product-based environments
- Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience working within an ERP system
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong collaboration across finance and operational teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Virtual HIL Commissioning Engineer

The Virtual Test Engineer is responsible for delivering a stable and representative test environment to perform automated testing and functional integration of distributed features. This engineer should be capable of working with various Engineering Support teams including systems, wiring, design release engineers, and software teams as required to validate electrical features on the bench and resolve any electrical issues before it gets to production to support successful vehicle launch. Responsibilities include:
• Identify system boundaries and define requirements for simulator I/O, instrumentation, and automation solutions
• Define test scope and instrumentation strategies
• Model, Simulate powertrain features
• Help with commissioning of features related to transmission, engine and other powertrain module
• Collaborates with core engineers, suppliers, feature experts and test engineers to design, implement and troubleshoot instrumentation as required
• Review component level electrical schematics and functional specifications and translate the requirements into hardware and signal requirements for virtual implementation
• Validate and troubleshoots simulator and maintain test benches
• Troubleshoots vehicle systems and test environment functionality to minimize false positive incident reports
What you need for this position:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Relevant automotive experience
• Knowledge of CAN based communication and diagnostic tools – Vector CANalyzer/CANoe

Position Summary
The Electrical Systems Engineer will lead and support the development of high-voltage battery systems, power distribution architectures, and vehicle-level electrical integration. This role spans system design, requirements, embedded controls coordination, safety analysis, and hands-on prototype validation.
You will collaborate closely with mechanical, controls, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust systems through the full development cycle—from concept to system launch.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical & System Design
- Design and document electrical architectures, schematics, wiring diagrams, and component selections for Li-ion battery systems, HV distribution, and vehicle integration.
- Develop and maintain system requirements, interface definitions, DFMEAs, PFMEAs, DVP&R, and system test plans.
- Apply strong engineering knowledge of HV components: contactors, switches, HVIL, insulation, isolation monitoring, safety interlocks, bus bars, sensors, and protective devices.
- Support PCB/hardware development efforts (Altium preferred; OrCAD or equivalent considered).
Controls & Software Integration
- Coordinate with controls and software teams on system behaviors, state machines, protection logic, and calibration.
- Support embedded controls development using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow, model-based design, and C-based integration review.

We are seeking a hands-on Lab & Execution Engineer to support ADAS subsystem stability in an automotive development environment. This role is responsible for lab bring-up, HIL maintenance, test execution, troubleshooting, and ensuring bench stability aligned with production-level software releases.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in automotive test environments, hardware troubleshooting, vehicle networking, and automation support.
Responsibilities
Lab Bring-up & Commissioning
Set up, wire, and configure automotive test benches (HIL/SIL) from scratch
Integrate ECUs and manage power distribution and grounding
Perform bench validation prior to execution activities
Support new hardware integration and lab expansions
HIL Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Maintain and troubleshoot ADAS HIL environments (dSPACE SCALEXIO/AutoBox or NI PXI)
Configure and validate I/O channels
Support real-time debugging and signal validation
Identify root cause of hardware vs software failures
Vehicle Networking & Diagnostics
