Position Overview

The Operations & Events Coordinator is a hybrid, full‑time nonprofit role based in Boston/Cambridge. This position supports both the Development team (fundraising and events) and Operations team (systems, vendors, logistics, and inventory).

Key Responsibilities

Event Management & Development Operations

  • Serve as the primary coordinator for all fundraising and community events

The Position


Event Operations is an entry-level role responsible for the day-to-day operations of ATV event venues. This person owns the client experience from first inquiry through event wrap-up: managing site visits, floor plans, vendor relationships, and on-site execution. They'll report directly to the Head of Programming and work closely with the broader events team, covering daytime events and two evening events per week. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their hospitality or events career who wants real, hands-on ownership of a high-traffic venue in the heart of Atlanta's startup community.

Job Description

Venue Operations & Rentals


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event rental clients at ATV Buckhead throughout the full booking lifecycle

Compensation

This role carries a starting base salary of $60,000 with an On Target Earnings (OTE) of $69,000, reflecting a 15% variable compensation component tied to event pipeline generation, lead targets, and marketing performance metrics. Additional performance above target is recognized and rewarded.

Hybrid Policy

This is a hybrid role based in Scottsdale, AZ. Team members are expected to be available for in-person collaboration at the Scottsdale/Phoenix office and are required to attend and staff events locally and nationally as needed. Some travel (25–40%) should be expected.
