The Director of Events leads the planning and execution of the experiences that define the Truss community.
This role manages the full lifecycle of Truss events—from destination scouting and vendor negotiations to itinerary design and on-site execution.

About the Role
We are seeking a Structural Field Inspector to perform inspections within heavy industrial manufacturing environments. This role involves evaluating structural components, identifying deficiencies, and documenting findings to support safety and compliance.
This is a hands-on field position working with a variety of structures and equipment, with reporting reviewed by engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections on:
- Overhead cranes and crane runways
- Building structures (columns, roof trusses)
- Walking/working surfaces
- Concrete structures
- Below-the-hook lifting devices
- Identify and document structural deficiencies
- Capture findings using a tablet and digital photos
- Upload inspection data and assist with report preparation

Position Summary
The Account Manager at Supreme Builders is directly responsible for managing client relationships and driving revenue through consistent lead generation, proposal management, and contract execution. This highly client-facing role owns the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to contract signing and handoff to operations.
Account Managers are the face of Supreme Builders at the project level — developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless collaboration with field operations.

Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, research, and outreach.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities in Buildertrend.
- Conduct regular outreach and follow-ups with GCs, developers, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with multifamily clients and national accounts, particularly within lumber, framing materials, and building supply networks.

- Schedule and attend Pre-Construction meetings with Sr. PMs, presenting a comprehensive handoff packet that includes:
- Latest plans and shop drawings in PlanGrid.
- Final estimate and cost coding structure.
- Scope of Work with all inclusions and exclusions clearly defined.
Client Relationship Management (Post-Sale)
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and transparency throughout the project.
- Support Sr. PMs with addendums, RFIs, and change orders via Buildertrend.
- Maintain proactive communication through follow-up calls, job site visits, and email updates.
- Escalate project or relationship challenges to the GM as needed to maintain service quality.
- Actively foster long-term partnerships with key accounts, aiming to increase repeat business and strengthen client retention.

- Conduct Quality Control Walks as project progresses, ensuring all subcontractors meet quality standards
Site Oversight & Supervision
- Ensure proper equipment and tools are available and onsite for project completion
- Monitor construction progress and enforce adherence to schedules, identifying, and addressing potential delays proactively
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, enforcing cleanliness among subcontractors
- Implement and uphold Supreme Builders’ safety policies, ensuring all workers wear the necessary protective gear
Quality Control & Compliance
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Maintain a strong attention to detail, verifying critical elements
- Attend all job site trade meetings for the duration of the project
Communication & Documentation
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including project superintendents, field supervisors, and subcontractors
- Keep detailed records of site activities, including:
- Daily Logs
- Delivery Schedules
- Photos and documentation of potential issues or disputes
- Report project updates, challenges, and necessary adjustments to management
Resource & Time Management
- Verify material deliveries match order specifications
- Oversee material management, ensuring deliveries are received on schedule and stored securely
- Track additional work required by the General Contractor, ensuring proper timekeeping and documentation of changes
- Submitting change order scopes of work to Sr. PM for approval
- Assist in cost-saving measures by ensuring proper use of materials and fuel, tracking rental equipment return dates, and limiting the amount of rework
Collaboration & Leadership
- Foster a team-oriented environment where all members, including subcontractors, collaborate effectively
- Ensure accountability by holding team members responsible for assigned tasks
- Strong leadership and team-building skills to foster a productive work environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or site management
- Extensive knowledge of construction principles, building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Mastered ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and construction plans precisely
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges proactively
- Financial acumen to assist in budget management, cost controls, and resource allocation
- Strong work ethic, dedication, and adaptability to handle the demands of construction projects
- Proven experience in multifamily construction required
- Preferred fluency in the English and Spanish languages (not required)
- Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Position Objective: JOIN A COMPANY WHERE YOUR WORK MAKES A DIFFERENCE. Sunbelt Modular is a wholesale manufacturer that provides prefabricated buildings and structures to modular building dealers. We build schools, medical offices, data centers, and many other types of buildings. This role will work closely with the engineering group and will provide support to sales, estimating, and production teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural analysis and engineering design principles for both gravity and lateral systems with various building materials including wood and steel. The role provides structural engineering support and services to multiple modular manufacturing facilities around the United States. This position is remote with minimal travel required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the engineering team (or individually) to move a project through the structural design phase
- Provide a complete structural calculations package for the entire design of modular units both individually and as a multi-unit complex for the state submission of each project
- Structural calculations are to include a comprehensive design of the modular unit for both the gravity and lateral systems
- Gravity designs consist of roof framing members, bearing walls, continuous span multi-layer plywood beams, structural steel clean-span trusses, engineered posts, built-up posts, HSS structural steel posts, floor joists, and wide flange structural steel chassis members
- Lateral design consists of roof and floor diaphragm sheathing, exterior wall shearwalls, interior wall shearwalls, and structural steel portal frames
- Ability to complete ‘special interest’ projects from start to finish including multi-story modular unit complexes, shipping container conversion projects, and others

Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an EAC/ABET accredited university
- Licensed professional civil/structural engineer – preference given to candidates actively licensed in Alaska, California, and Hawaii; ability to obtain additional state licensures quickly
- Complete and current NCEES record holder
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a practicing P.E. (civil/structural)
- Experience in load development and correct application to the structure
- Experience developing structural calculations for gravity and lateral systems
- Experience reviewing drawings and developing structural details
- Structural analysis/engineering design software proficiency in:
o Excel (in-house database usage)
o ENERCALC – Structural Engineering Library
o Tekla – TEDDS
o RISA – 3D
o RGS Software – CFS 14
o Woodworks
o Bluebeam Revu
- Ability to develop gravity and lateral systems from concept through completion
- Ability to analyze and provide structural designs with many different materials such as wood, cold-formed steel and structural steel
- Ability to provide complete design of various building components including roof rafters, wall studs, floor joists, clearspan steel trusses, shearwall panels, structural steel portal frames and others
- Familiarity with current building codes (IBC, ASCE, NDS, AISC, AISI)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in an engineering setting with drafting responsibilities and the shop drawing review process
- Field inspection experience
- Multi-story wood design experience
- Shipping container conversion design experience
