The Role

The Warehouse Associate at Nabis is responsible for a wide variety of important functions such as picking, packing, inventory and quality assurance. This is a critical role, and we are looking for reliable, dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team and help our company grow!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading product into vans
• Picking and packing orders
• Verifying and preparing orders
• Product intake assistance
• Warehouse organization
• Paperwork, printing, labeling - METRC & Dispatch
• Inventory cycle counts
• Occasional communication with brands/clients
• General assistance of Operations Managers

Requirements:

• Associate degree OR 2 years relevant work experience

THE ROLE

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing productivity and ensuring smooth daily operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, Nabis Supervisors monitor team performance, analyze effectiveness, assign work, and coach efficiency and quality using superb written and verbal communication. Operations Supervisors are able to adapt to various work settings based on daily requirements and are largely responsible for opening or closing duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively at various levels, can leverage data in decision-making and process proposals, and is a natural leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead hourly team members to achieve daily operational and delivery goals through effective communication, feedback, coaching, and delegation.
• Proactively seek solutions to capacity-related bottlenecks and quality deficiencies by leveraging inputs from both internal and external partners.
• Support operational tasks on an \"as needed\" basis, including scheduling and facilitating product testing events, and coordinating product pick-ups.
• Communicate with brand partners regarding scheduling, delivery windows, or other details regarding orders as needed.
• Produce detailed, high-quality reporting of actual daily performance vs. goals.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service, especially when communicating with brand partners and retailers.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager or Associate Business Development Director to join our team. This role will have a direct impact on extending the reach of the company's technology platform. The successful candidate will be expected to play a lead role in sourcing meaningful deal opportunities, structuring and negotiating business deals within a key set of therapeutic areas, and closing transactions that help fuel company growth. The ideal candidate has end-to-end deal experience and is a strategic, driven individual, adept at building relationships with external and internal stakeholders to achieve objectives. We are looking for an individual with a strong sense of initiative and a proven track record of securing new business.

This position is based out of Click's headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 4 days in office each week.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of deal opportunities that align with the strategic objectives of the company.
• Lead end-to-end deal processes, including sourcing, cross-functional diligence, structuring terms and driving negotiations.
• Identify and execute on creative opportunities to expand Click's partnering presence in the industry.
• Contribute to broader business development strategy and direction beyond owned therapeutic areas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in life sciences industry. Licensing experience within pharma / biotech industry strongly preferred. Investment banking and/or strategy experience also acceptable. International or cross-border experience a plus.
• Strong grasp of the fundamentals of pharmaceutical drug discovery, development, and commercialization.
• An ambitious self-starter with a strong drive for achieving results.
• Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnerships with positive results.

Compensation:
