BHN is currently seeking a Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our Community Wraparound program, providing high-quality services to children and families in their homes and communities.

Pay: $21 - $24 per hour
What You'll Do
As a Therapeutic Support Specialist, you'll help youth and families build skills, access resources, and navigate behavioral health needs while maintaining stability in the community.

• Provide in-home and community-based services at least twice per week or as clinically indicated
  
• Deliver skills training, safety planning, and crisis support to youth and families
  
• Facilitate family-centered treatment planning and support effective decision-making
  
• Help strengthen family dynamics through communication, problem-solving, and skill-building activities
  
• Support youth in building independent living skills, resilience, and coping strategies
  
• Provide care coordination and referrals to community-based services and resources
  
• Ensure accurate documentation and treatment planning in line with program standards
  

Who You Are

• Associate's degree in a Human Services-related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  
• At least 1 year of experience in the human services field required
  
• Experience working with children and families required
  
• Knowledge of mental illness, coping strategies, and behavioral modification techniques
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Familiarity with community resources and child-serving systems
  
• Ability to work with diverse populations with cultural competence
  
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable vehicle required
  
• Comfortable with word processing, email, and documentation systems
