Duties and responsibilities include: Manage high‑volume legal billing and review proformas for accuracy prior to invoicing Process manual invoices, billing adjustments, write‑offs, and retainer applications as approved Partner with attorneys to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with billing guidelines Monitor AR, aging reports, and support collection efforts on delinquent accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for billing matters Requirements: 2-3 years of Legal Billing or similar billable hours experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.

A clinic in northwest West Virginia (under one hour to Morgantown) is seeking a Board Certified or newly Eligible Family Medicine physician to join their busy clinic with over 11,000 encounters per year.
Practice has open and flexible hours, and duties will include supervision of three Physician Assistants.There is the option for a four day work week.
