Overview
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR services to the North American and Canadian business groups. The HR Manager will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities managing employee relations and partnering with department managers on regulatory compliance, employee development and performance. They will also partner with other HR team members on long-term projects and provide support to the Global HR Leader. This position requires working onsite four days per week, with one remote day. Essential Functions
- Support production, factory and corporate staff; coordinate, schedule and track temporary production staff as primary agency contact

Qualification

● Plan and manage 3rd party agencies for execution of paid media campaigns across channels (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, affiliates, etc.).
● Oversee SEO strategy, content planning, and blog/editorial calendar to drive organic traffic.
● Manage planning, communication and approval of email marketing and SMS programs (Yotpo) with 3rd Party agency, including segmentation, automation flows, and campaign performance.
● Collaborate with creative, freelancers, and influencers for brand-aligned messaging and assets.
● Leverage multi-touch attribution modeling to guide budget allocation and improve CAC, ROAS and LTV metrics for organization.
Reporting & Optimization
● Track KPIs for all digital channels including ROAS, AOV, LTV, CVR, and channel-specific KPIs.
● Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
● Use tools such as GA4, Triple Whale, Excel/Sheets, and ad platform dashboards to analyze trends and inform decision-making.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an analytically sharp and intellectually curious Performance Marketing Analyst to become the go-to resource for performance insights across our entire business. Responsibilities:
Performance Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Analyze e-commerce performance data across all channels — Amazon, Walmart, Target, Shopify, and owned websites — to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where to act
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking ROAS, CPA, CVR, CPC, CPM, CTR, LTV, and channel-level profitability for leadership decision-making
- Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple platforms and systems into clear, reliable reporting
- Investigate performance anomalies, diagnose root causes, and present findings with recommended action plans — not just observations
- Partner with the Financial Analyst to support pricing strategy, margin analysis, and ROI/ROAS modeling across platforms and promotional events
A/B Testing & Optimization
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across email campaigns, website content, product listings, landing pages, and ad creative
- Translate test results into statistically sound, business-ready recommendations that the content and paid media teams can act on immediately
- Continuously monitor conversion funnels and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities across the customer journey
- Evaluate promotional and pricing strategy effectiveness through structured testing and post-analysis
Paid Media & Channel Support
- Work directly alongside the paid ad team to provide data-driven guidance on budget allocation, campaign performance, and audience targeting
- Evaluate platform-specific advertising effectiveness across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Advertising, Walmart, and Target
- Assess email and SMS campaign performance and recommend segmentation and send strategy improvements
- Monitor and report on competitive landscape data to inform channel and content strategy
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Deliver clear, concise performance reports and dashboards that tell a story — not just a data dump
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align analytics priorities with business goals
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership in plain language that drives decisions, not debates
- Support financial analysts with ad hoc analysis for pricing, cost, and profitability questions
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in an e-commerce analytics, digital analytics, or business intelligence role
- Demonstrated experience working with significant advertising budgets and multi-channel e-commerce platforms
Must Have:
- Excel: Expert-level — advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, and scenario analysis
- SQL: Proficient — independently write queries to extract, join, and transform data from multiple sources

A great UHY client is seeking a Bookkeeper / Payroll Managerto join their team. This role supports multi-company payroll processing along with basic bookkeeping for several small entities. This position is well-suited for a strong Staff- or Senior-level payroll/accounting professional. This is a client direct hire, fully onsite position based in Shelby Township, MI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for five companies (four weekly payrolls and one bi-weekly), supporting up to approximately 250 employees.
- Administer payroll using ADP Workforce Now for the largest entity.
- Process payroll for smaller entities using QuickBooks Payroll and Patriot Software
- Handle garnishments, deductions, benefit changes, payroll adjustments, and employee payroll inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Perform basic bookkeeping for smaller companies, including Accounts Payable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support basic reporting needs Track restaurant inventory using QuickBooks Provide general accounting and payroll support as needed
