Job Summary
CRH Treasury is continuing to grow and expand. A vacancy has arisen within the Americas Treasury team for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join this highly successful team. The Senior Treasury Analyst will be part of a team responsible for supporting the organization's treasury operations, cash management, liquidity forecasting and managing financial risk by providing analytical support for the Americas. The role is responsible for supporting treasury operations across a large multi-location organization and reports directly to the Treasury Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Treasury integration projects for newly acquired companies and assist with multiple ad-hoc requests
- Support with the USD Commercial Paper Program and associated issuances/repayments
- Complete daily cash positioning duties, ensuring adequate and timely funding for all operating companies in North America
- Cash Management: Monitor daily cash positions across entities to help optimize company cash flow to ensure liquidity, reduce risk and support investment strategy
- Payments Processing through payments systems and banking portals.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and KPI’s for management of cash, debt and investments
- Support internal audit, external audit and SOX controls and reporting
- Review bank fees and services, merchant card fees and provide monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Letters of Credit: New issuances, invoice review, and database reporting
- Maintain bank account database and review authorized signers as well as administrative access to global bank accounts for appropriate employees.
- Assist with management of US Treasury group email inbox
- Ad-hoc support including template approvals, wire payment requests and FX trades
- Continually evaluate the effectiveness of operational procedures and controls to maximize department productivity and efficiency
- Support any potential system upgrades or implementations including testing, documentation, and post-implementation validation to ensure efficient and compliant operations
- Reporting daily and on ad-hoc basis as required on Treasury activities and processes
- Foreign exchange and commodity management and execution of hedges using derivative products
- Assisting in the production of monthly KPI reporting to senior management
- Counterparty risk management monitoring and reporting
- Assisting in Treasury Partnership Reviews of local Operating Companies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field and CTP designation preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, administration, compliance, or finance related roles
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, organization, follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools with advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong understanding of treasury, accounting and cash flow concepts

How you'll contribute
A Director of Therapy who excels in this role:
- Manages the Therapy Services Department staff. Supports and empowers staff to embrace the mission and value statements of the organization.
- Observes and evaluates program effectiveness and recommends changes to interdisciplinary leadership team and Medical Staff as needed.
- Develops direct reports to excel in supervision and support of staff in the interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary model.
- Works under the guidance of the CEO and in collaboration with the Medical Staff and hospital leadership to lead the organization in the development of clinical programs which may include Brain Injury, Stroke, Amputee or other clinical programs. This includes a strong focus on CARF certification.

- Is a key member of the Administrative Team and serves as a leader and/or member in hospital committees.

How you'll contribute
A Director of Pharmacy who excels in this role:
- Displays knowledge of clinical criteria, managed care requirements for inpatient and outpatient authorization and advocates on behalf of the patient to secure coverage for needed services.

How you'll contribute
The Lead Therapist performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their bio-psychosocial needs while enabling them access to therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health. Therapist counsels patients individually or through group education regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems using evaluative techniques and develops and implements therapeutic treatment. Therapist provides education, social work services, basic consultation, and crisis intervention. Therapist provides referrals to patients for aftercare. Lead Therapist supervises individual and group counseling and oversees responsibility for training new staff to ensure clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory and other standards. Lead Therapist will assist with monitoring and coaching relating to accurate and timely completion of documentation and assists with coordinating coverage of shifts. How you'll contribute:
Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharges planning process.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
Additional requirements include:
- CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
- CRRN Preferred
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

How you'll contribute
A Clinical Liaison who excels in this role:
- Assist and coordinate intake and pre-admission screening process.
- Perform on-site (typically in referring facility) clinical judgment to determine appropriateness of patient for admission.
- Communicates to patients and families rehabilitation and facility options. Communicates to patients, determines appropriate for admission, the patient's expectations and requirements for participation.
- Secures information relating to patients' resources and benefits.
- Demonstrates knowledge of growth, development, and the aging process for the planning and delivery of age-appropriate care.
- Functions as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities.
- Completes face-to-face, in-service education contacts to physicians. And face-to-face in-service educational contacts to case managers and other professionals.
- Inform and educate physicians, case managers, and other decision makers about the Hospital and acute rehabilitation services.
- Performs market analysis, market research, and development and implementation of marketing and business plans.
- Assists in developing the facility's annual market plan.
- Develops marketing plans for assigned programs, which include market analysis and financial feasibility studies.
- Assists the facility's various departments with new business and marketing plans.
- Continuously monitors the effectiveness of new and existing marketing plans.
- Represents the facility with business leaders, physicians, the community, and the media.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills within the facility and with the public.
- Communicates appropriately and clearly with the Director of Business Development and the marketing staff.
- Consults other departments, as appropriate, to collaborate on marketing and business plans.
- Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized, and function under stressful conditions.
- Consistently completes all assignments in a timely manner, is thorough and appropriately detailed.

What we're looking for

Previous clinical liaison, marketing, or healthcare sales experience
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with physicians, nursing staff, discharge planners, case managers, and social workers.
- Previous clinical experience preferred with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.
- Formal Sales Training preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
