The Distribution Legal group is seeking a Sr. Paralegal to work in a fast-paced environment on innovative, high-profile, industry-leading content distribution matters for Disney Platform Distribution, including Internet and television distribution of Disney’s portfolio of motion picture and television titles on a linear (free, basic, pay), SVOD, ADVOD and direct-to-consumer basis (e.g., Hulu, Star, and Disney+). We’re looking for a bright, energetic, self-motivated and reliable person who can work closely with attorneys, and with other internal groups, and will exercise the highest level of ethics and discretion.
What You Will Do:
Work closely with attorneys and directly with business units on drafting, negotiating and closing license agreements:
with distribution licensees in the U.S. and Canada for linear broadcast, basic cable and pay television with accompanying video-on-demand usage rights;
for the acquisition of motion picture and television content to support the strategic distribution activities of Disney Platform Distribution on a global basis;
for the acquisition and distribution of television formats with third parties and Disney business units worldwide; and
with Disney and third-party distribution licensees in the U.S. and Canada across a wide variety of traditional and new platforms and business models, including direct-to-consumer applications and paid subscription platforms such as SVOD and ADVOD.

The Opportunity:
Orlando Health announces an exceptional opportunity for an exemplary physician leader to serve as the Inaugural Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Assistant Vice President, Orlando Health. The healthcare system is recognized around the world for Central Florida's only pediatric and adult level I trauma program and the home to the nation's largest neonatal intensive care unit. For fifteen consecutive years, UNSWR has ranked OHAPH on its Best Children's Hospital list in multiple pediatric specialties.
Reporting to Justin Williams, President OHAPH, the Inaugural Chief Medical Officer will be a member of the executive leadership team for OHAPH. The CMO is responsible for overseeing and advancing all aspects of quality and patient safety and advancing care delivery capabilities. In collaboration with other leaders, the CMO focuses on understanding, addressing and improving operational processes, to improve quality and safety, but also make it easier to deliver care while simultaneously improving access, throughput, and experience (both provider and patient).
The CMO is responsible for the hospital staff to ensure evidence-based practice standards, protocols, and direction are in place, and ensures the highest quality and efficiency of patient care in accord with the organization's mission and values. The CMO acts as the primary liaison between Administration and the hospital staff on a wide variety of matters relevant to developing and sustaining a strong collaborative relationship. The CMO is also responsible for overseeing and advancing medical staff affairs processes, including privileging, credentialing, peer review, and provider performance (both clinical and behavioral). The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as a clinical physician required.

* MD, DO, MD/PhD or equivalent is required.
* Board certified in pediatrics or a pediatric sub-specialty.

Founding physician has cut hours back and will transition current panel to the successful candidate as well as the opportunity to grow with many new patients. Our practice enjoys over 20 new patients each week based on word of mouth and insurance company referrals.
Excellent work environment
Work week 9-5 Monday through Friday, no hospital or nursing home coverage required.
On call one of every 6 weeks; few calls are received and candidate may speak with any/all current providers to better understand time spent outside of office hours is minimal.
This Family Practice group was established in 1952 and has been owned by the same physician all of this time! They are proud to have met/exceeded all Meaningful Use Quality Measures since 2010. Well-known entertainment client is seeking a Design Coordinator to work with their team. This opportunity requires 40 hours/week for 7-months. This role is fully onsite in Kissimmee, FL.
Role Summary
The Design Coordinator will assist with project management, sample tracking, presentation development, and design support across multiple brands and product categories.
Top Must Have Skills
Bachelors Degree
1+ years of experience (entry-level friendly)
Strong project management and prioritization skills to balance multiple tasks and assignments
Ability to build and maintain product decks and presentation materials
Understanding of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Lucas brands, characters, and stories
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
Proficiency in MS Office, Keynote, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong graphic and layout skills with an understanding of composition and color
Experience and passion for design (graphic design, industrial design, toy design, print design, etc.)

Responsibilities
Create and manage tracking tools to provide status updates on samples and approvals
Process product and packaging approvals through online systems
Participate in collaborative meetings and guide teams on timeline deliverables
Update product decks for line reviews and prepare presentation materials for executive meetings
Input and update product information within the product management system
Provide tactical support for Product Design teams, including maintaining showrooms and preparing samples for presentations
Multi-task and prioritize multiple product-related projects with varying levels of complexity
Support product design team with sample reviews and design documentation
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
