Construction Manager – Co-location

About the Role
Crusoe is expanding hyperscale AI data center cloud infrastructure across the U.S. and internationally through strategic co-location partnerships. As our capacity continues to scale, we need experienced construction leaders who can represent Crusoe’s interests across multiple third-party development partners.
As a Construction Manager – Co-location, you will serve as an Owner’s Representative overseeing co-location construction partners. Rather than managing a single job site, you will act as Crusoe’s on-the-ground authority — ensuring our partners deliver on schedule, quality, and contractual commitments.
This role requires a proactive, experienced construction professional who can “bird dog” complex builds, identify schedule risk early, and step in when projects require leadership and accountability.
This position’s travel requirements will vary, and at times require 50% travel.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Serve as Crusoe’s Owner’s Representative across multiple co-location data center construction projects
- Monitor and enforce schedule adherence, identifying risks and mitigating delays
- Hold general co-location owners and contractors accountable for performance, sequencing, and execution
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and schedule alignment

Primary Function

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

- Participates in a relationship-based care approach to care delivery

- Regularly monitors patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs
- Will be required to make a minimum of one home visit as part of the GUIDE multidisciplinary team.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing
- RN license or eligible for licensure in the state Delaware
- Two years’ experience as a RN, physician office experience preferred

Special Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state in which the work is performed

The opportunity
As part of our growing AI & Data practice, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead enterprise AI strategy and quantitative modeling efforts for our clients in the Oil & Gas sector. This individual will bring deep industry expertise, along with a proven track record of designing and operationalizing responsible, scalable, and value-aligned AI solutions. You’ll lead high-impact client engagements focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI, MLOps, and AI governance frameworks — driving measurable outcomes in upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
As a Senior Manager in AI Strategy, you will leverage proprietary, industry-aligned business models and innovative operating model designs to deliver impactful AI investments. You will be responsible for capability assessments, operating model design, product management, governance, and process design, ensuring that AI initiatives align with business strategies and stakeholder needs.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex AI strategies that enhance business effectiveness and efficiency. You will work closely with clients to envision how AI can transform their markets, products, and capabilities. - Lead engagement delivery, ensuring quality and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, and consultants to deliver end‑to‑end AI platforms and solutions.
- Partner with senior business and IT leaders to identify strategic opportunities and shape AI‑enabled business transformation.
- Implement and scale ModelOps and MLOps practices, ensuring transparency, reproducibility, and monitoring of models in production.
- Lead AI solution architecture, including hybrid deployments on cloud (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS).
- Serve as a thought leader in emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, foundation models, RAG and Agentic AI.

- 5+ years of leadership in AI/ML projects, including team management and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Typically, no less than 5 — 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in AI Platforms and Tools.
- Proficiency in Data Architecture Design and Modelling.
- Experience in Digital Transformation and IT Effectiveness Assessment.
- Knowledge of Emerging Technologies and Technology Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $144,000 to $329,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $172,800 to $374,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

As a dedicated Quality Property Reinspector, you will ensure a quality property repair estimate and valuation product by focusing on targeted areas to continuously calibrate the reinspection process, validates reported findings and provides an objective subject matter expert (SME) knowledge to the Property Claims community and Third-Party vendors. Drives USAA’s financial strength by measuring and reporting estimate accuracy for Property Claims and Third-Party vendors.
This is a field-based role that will require you to reside and work within one of the following regions: San Antonio, TX, Austin, TX, Dallas/Ft Worth, TX, or Houston, TX. What you’ll do:
- Measures property estimates accuracy and efficiency through conducting thorough, timely re-inspections/audits of property and property repair estimates, and reports on payment accuracy and compliance by method of inspection (Staff, PDRP, Independents and Third-Party vendors).
- Reports reinspection/audit findings on estimate accuracy and compliance by method of inspection (Staff, PDRP, Independents and Third-Party vendors) for corporate score cards.
- Assesses the health of property estimating through participation in ad-hoc and market audits, working closely with Claims stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Provides objective, proactive, and actionable feedback of Physical Damage (PD) policy, procedures and regulations to the Claims Stakeholders and Third-Party vendors.
- Creates awareness and drives understanding of Property adjusting and estimating procedures by delivering a work product that is consistent and compliant with policy, procedures, and regulations to Claims Stakeholders.
- Serves as a Property Adjusting SME on property estimating through post audit calibration meetings, ride-a-longs with other Property employees inspecting property, training materials, Property Director teleconferences and Property Champion teleconferences.
- Applies expert knowledge of P&C insurance industry products, services, and processes to include P&C insurance policy contracts and coverages, USAA property estimate/repair process and procedures.
- Provides support for the presentation, discussion, and auditing of diagnostic estimates within key regional markets, contributing to the assessment of estimate quality. During a catastrophe, or post event, performs property reinspections for catastrophe claims with a minimum of 28 consecutive days during the catastrophe event or post event. Requires working time requirement of 7 consecutive days, 7:00AM 7:00PM, member time.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you’ll have:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
- 2 years relevant property field adjusting experience.
- Experience writing estimates in Xactimate and XactAnalysis.
- Knowledge and experience of property claims contracts.
- Knowledge of property construction and structural repair techniques.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
What sets you apart:
- Previous experience managing TPA estimating, QA, Audits.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and provide useful insights.
- 4+ recent years writing Dwelling estimates in Xactimate and XactAnalysis.
- 4+ recent years of working property claims contract knowledge.
- Experience working with both internal and external partners/suppliers.
- Willingness to travel at least one week per month.

Physical Demand Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds to include lifting a ladder in and out of the trunk of a car.
- Ability to climb ladders and traverse roofs, this includes the ability to work at heights while inspecting roofs and attics.
- Ability to crouch and stoop to inspect confined attic spaces and go beneath homes into crawl spaces.
