Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position. Internship(s) or Co-ops with a construction company desired.

The Customs Entry Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth clearance of goods through customs. Operational

Primary Responsibilities


  • Coordinate hospice care in collaboration with team members, patients, and families.




  • Evaluate the effectiveness of hospice services for patients and families on an ongoing basis.




  • Perform nursing assessments, evaluations, and informational visits as needed.




  • Utilize the nursing process to provide professional, compassionate care.




  • Consult with attending physicians and the Hospice Medical Director regarding patient condition changes and care plan updates.




  • Triage all after-hours calls accurately and promptly based on patient and family needs.




  • Ensure timely visits following contact with the after-hours nurse or on-call administrator.




  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and contracted services to coordinate patient care.




  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.




  • Keep patient care plans current and reflective of ongoing needs.




  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) activities.




  • Educate patients and families on the dying process, plan of care, and healthcare decisions.




  • Provide dietary counseling appropriate to the patient’s condition and stage of life.




  • Perform death visits and participate in discharge planning per organizational policy.




  • Maintain current knowledge of drug therapy, hospice protocols, and applicable regulations.




  • Supervise and evaluate Hospice Aide performance every 14 days or as needed.




  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation standards, including Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
