Overview of the Role:

Our major media organization client is seeking a Manager of Creative Partnerships to join their team for a 6 month freelance assignment in NYC. This role drives the development, packaging, and execution of multi-platform sponsorships across linear, digital, and social channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. This position partners closely with sales, planning, creative, and operations teams to manage RFP responses, sponsorship deliverables, client-facing materials, and overall campaign execution.

Americas Society seeks an experienced Director of Institutional Giving to conduct prospect research, create, write, and track grant proposals to secure contributed support and prepare reports on funding for Americas Society’s:

  • Cultural programs in Music and the Visual Arts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of experience researching prospects and writing successful grant proposals and reports to foundations, a demonstrated interest in the mission and goals of the organization, and an ability to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities


Manage the portfolio of grants and sponsorships made to Americas Society by institutional donors (government agencies, private and corporate foundations) to support the Culture Programs in Music and Visual Arts and Americas Quarterly.

  • Prospect for new potential institutional funders (foundations) to support our programs.
  • Coordinate with program directors to understand funding needs and timelines, and define a strategy to fully-fund each program.
  • Serve as an intermediary within the organization among program directors, accounting, and media relations throughout the grant cycle.
  • Write letters of inquiry, grant applications, interim and final reports, acknowledgement letters, and all other documents related to the grant cycle.
  • Manage the relationship with existing grantors to maximize repeat donations. Inform them of current and future projects, invite them to visit our gallery and attend our programs, etc.
  • Provide all documents to accounting to process payments (invoices, letters of acknowledgement, etc.) and update the information in Fonteva.
  • Ensure that the organization complies with terms of funding agreements and grants, ensuring that donors are properly credited in all communications (press releases, website, evites, annual report) and that they receive the corresponding invitations.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the management of the Arts of the Americas Circle:
  • Produce and send invoices to patrons.
  • Coordinate with accounting to process payments and acknowledgement letters.
  • Create list of grants and contributions to Americas Society for inclusion in Annual Report and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate on special initiatives.

Job Description

The Training Specialist supports Institutional Support Services (ISS) by designing, delivering, and maintaining effective training programs that enable colleagues to perform their roles efficiently, accurately, and in compliance. Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $50,000.00 - $80,000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility. About the Role

We are hiring an Import/Export Manager with hands-on experience importing food products into the U.S! This role will own end-to-end import operations and compliance for categories such as edible oils, coffee, coconut products (e.g., desiccated coconut), and related food ingredients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full U.S. import process for food products: documentation, customs clearance, coordination with freight forwarders/customs brokers, and delivery scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations related to food imports (e.g., FDA requirements, labeling/document readiness, supplier compliance coordination)
  • Lead and standardize import workflows: SOPs, timelines, risk controls, cost optimization, and issue resolution
  • Work with overseas suppliers to collect and validate shipping docs (commercial invoice, packing list, COA, origin docs, etc.) and ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate import qualifications/registrations needed for food categories (as applicable) and maintain organized compliance records
  • Monitor customs duties, HS codes support, clearance status, and exception handling (holds, exams, detentions, discrepancies)


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of import/export operations experience, with proven experience importing food products into the U.S. (edible oils / coffee / coconut products preferred)
  • Strong understanding of U.S. food import workflows and practical compliance execution
  • Comfortable working with customs brokers, forwarders, ports, and suppliers across time zones
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to troubleshoot under time pressure
  • English fluent
