Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Application Software Engineer, based in Nazareth, PA.


The Field Application Software Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support on software on-site for new deployments of our products. They will work closely with clients on site to ensure the effective implementation and operation of our technology. Daily tasks include debugging, demonstrating product features, assisting with on-site integration, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the team to align solutions to client needs. The ideal candidate will have hands on software knowledge of C++ in particular and python to a lesser extent. Flexibility to travel across the US and internationally is required and could take up 50% of your time in the role. The rest will be spent on feature development and software refactoring.

Clinical duties include conducting thorough patient evaluations, maintaining accurate medical records in the Naphcare EMR system, and seeing approximately 18-20 patients daily during regular business hours Monday through Friday. The clinician will work with no call requirements and flexible scheduling options including potential four 10-hour shifts, collaborating with registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes within the specialized correctional healthcare delivery framework.

About the Clinician's Workday

The hematologist/oncologist will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care managing 15 patients per day over 4-5 days per week with a minimum of 32 hours weekly. Clinical responsibilities include conducting 0-2 new consultations, developing individualized treatment plans for hematologic and oncologic conditions, and coordinating ongoing care with nursing staff and support teams. The position requires board certification in Hematology/Oncology with prescriptive authority and no call coverage responsibilities. The clinician will utilize EPIC EMR for all documentation and treatment planning activities while working collaboratively with dedicated support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
