Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions between SAP systems and various internal and external applications. Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

Job Summary: Clinical Partnerships Manager
This is Tono’s first commercial hire. We are looking for a Strategic Builder-Operator to architect our sales engine in the NYC Metro area and beyond.
This role combines the high-velocity execution of pharma field sales with the strategic relationship building of enterprise tech sales. You are not just running a route; you are building an ecosystem.
We are looking for someone who can grind in the field—visiting clinics and solving workflow bottlenecks—but who is equally comfortable "meeting them where they are." Whether that means working the floor at a national conference, hosting a dinner for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), or navigating a complex health system partnership, you are the face of Tono’s growth.
The role responsibilities are 50% field execution, 30% strategic partnerships, 20% systems building.
1. Field execution
- High-Velocity Outreach: Maintain a consistent presence in high-priority Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Oncology clinics across the Tri-State area.
- Consultative Activation: You aren't just dropping off brochures. You are consulting with practice managers to optimize their referral workflows, onboarding them to Tono Connect, and embedding Tono as their default dermatology partner.
- Drive Utilization: Monitor referral patterns and re-engage clinics to ensure ongoing adoption and provider satisfaction.
2. Ecosystem building
- Meet Them Where They Are: Execute a multi-channel strategy. Identify and attend the conferences, society meetings, mixers, and dinners where clinical decision-makers congregate.
- Conference Strategy: Represent Tono at regional and national events (e.g., ASCO, local Medical Society meetings). You will work the floor, generate leads, and build Tono’s brand presence.
- Enterprise Navigation: Move beyond the front desk. Build relationships with Medical Directors, referral managers, and Clinical Leads to drive system-wide adoption rather than just single-clinic usage.
3. Architect the commercial playbook
- Build the Playbook: Document what works. You will create the "Tono Sales Standard", defining our pitch, our objection handling, and our segmentation strategy.
- Data & Infrastructure: Implement and manage our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track both high-volume field visits and long-cycle enterprise relationships.
- Future Leadership: Assist in designing the organizational structure, recruiting, and mentoring the next cohort of territory representatives as we scale.
Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare sales (Pharma, MedTech, Diagnostics, or Provider Relations), Partnerships, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven Top Performer: Track record of ranking in the top 10% of your sales force (President’s Club, Circle of Excellence, etc.).

CULINARY
If you’re interested in learning systems, working in multiple concepts, scratch cooking and finding out how Kalahari feeds the masses – down to an intimate dinner – that this is for you! Previous cooking experience is necessary.

Seeking an experienced On-Site Service Engineer (OSE) to support enterprise data center and server environments, including next-generation AI platforms. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on maintaining uptime, resolving complex hardware issues, and delivering outstanding on-site service. Prior AI experience is not required—strong data center and server fundamentals are what matter most.
What You’ll Do
- Provide on-site support for Dell server and data center systems, ensuring rapid issue resolution and minimal downtime
- Perform hardware maintenance including server builds, swaps, component replacements, and firmware updates
- Troubleshoot system issues across hardware, firmware, and operating systems, escalating when appropriate
- Support both reactive and preventive maintenance following established procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers during service events to ensure clear communication and resolution
- Document work performed and contribute to shared knowledge and best practices
- Participate in on-call rotations and support extended coverage when needed
What You Bring
- Experience supporting servers or data center hardware in a field, enterprise, or customer-facing environment
- Hands-on skills with server components (CPU, memory, power supplies, GPUs, etc.)
- Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently on-site and communicating clearly with customers
- Willingness to learn and support emerging technologies, including AI platforms
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or data center roles
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Dell or other vendor certifications are a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, travel to customer sites, and support flexible/on-call schedules
Broadcast Systems Engineer

Position Summary
The Broadcast Systems Engineer supports a mission-critical broadcast and IT datacenter serving public broadcasting. This role is responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of both broadcast/video systems and modern datacenter infrastructure. The engineer supports a hub-and-spoke operational model and participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Provide technical support for CentralCast broadcast, networking, compute, storage, and monitoring systems in a 24x7 environment.
· Troubleshoot and resolve incidents spanning video workflows, IP transport, virtualization, storage, and supporting services, document findings and corrective actions.
· Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain broadcast and IT systems supporting CentralCast operations, including hub and spoke deployments.
· Maintain and continuously improve monitoring and alerting; administer and enhance Zabbix NMS monitoring (hosts/templates/items/triggers, alert routing, and dashboards as applicable).
· Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to improve system reliability and reduce recurring issues through process improvement, documentation, and automation.
· Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to service-impacting events in accordance with operational procedures.
· Communicate clearly with internal teams and customer stakeholders during outages, maintenance, and service events.
Required Qualifications
· Associate degree in Computer Science, Television Broadcasting/Media/Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
· Strong working knowledge of modern broadcast/video fundamentals including MPEG-2 / H.264 compression concepts, transport stream fundamentals, and ATSC 1.0 / ATSC 3.0 concepts.
· Strong IT and datacenter operations knowledge, including:
· VPN fundamentals and operational support
· OSPF routing (adjacency, troubleshooting, route propagation/filters)
· Multicast protocols and concepts: IGMP, PIM, and MSDP
· Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and execution skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred / Nice to Have
· Experience with ATSC 3.0 workflows in production environments.
· Familiarity with Evertz Microsystems, Harmonic, Triveni Digital, and Cisco technologies.
· Experience operating monitoring platforms (especially Zabbix NMS) in production environments.
· Proxmox and/or VMware virtualization experience; enterprise storage platform experience (e.g., Quantum).

Brief Overview
The Sr. Field Services Technician is responsible for providing work direction to field technicians responsible for onsite installation, configuration, repair, and maintenance for a variety of end user and network devices at SHC locations across the San Francisco Bay Area. The Sr. Field Services Technician will additionally provide L2/L3 support as required and work with the SHC Service Desk and desktop engineering teams to identify and remediate recurring issues
What you will do
- Monitor technician activity across SHC field locations, optimizing support and providing escalated technical assistance as required.
- Work with desktop and network engineering and network teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve recurring incidents in the field.
- Resolve escalated service delivery issues and interact regularly with IT customers, including communicating issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders, and support communications to the field regarding service delivery issues.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and communicate results with desktop engineering, network engineering, and service desk teams.
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches, representing SHC IT in a professional and businesslike manner.
- Oversee all onsite installation, configuration, repair, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, associated peripherals, and related software.
- Oversee onsite initial basic network troubleshooting, port activation and deactivation at SHC locations.
- Oversee onsite updates, configuration changes, and installations of hardware and software, and diagnose technical problems to determine proper solutions.
- Assist field technicians with diagnosing problems before arrival, determining needed parts and documentation to minimize down time and multiple trips.
- Determine whether OEM parts or assistance is required and coordinate OEM vendor parts or assistance as required.
- Provide technical support and setup during special events at SHC locations such as conferences.
- •Complete accurate and timely updates in Asset Management tracking system.
- •Maintain and track asset data including but not limited to warranty, license, and maintenance information for technology service assets across the SHC environment.
- •Coordinate and manage asset audits and manage exceptions through a remedial action management process.
- •Ensure process compliance by managing the remedial / corrective action management process for any breaches that occur throughout the lifecycle.
- •Ensure equipment is per the defined SHC standards
- •Work closely and build relationships with SHC vendors. Participate in gathering bids for large purchases and assist management in negotiating better pricing.
- •Consult with Project Managers for procurement of IT hardware for projects and manage procurement
Education
- Four year college degree or advanced certifications (e.g. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert or Master, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Office 365
Experience Qualifications
- Five (5) years of related work experience; experience in a healthcare IT environment preferable.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience troubleshooting, repairing and supporting the following (or similar):
- Windows 7, Windows 8, and Mac operating systems, as well as common applications (e.g., MS Office, Outlook, VPN);
- HP, Dell, Tangent, and Apple desktop/laptop hardware systems; OEM certification or at least 3 years of documented service required on at least 2 hardware systems required;
- Apple (iPad) and other common tablet computing devices;
- Printers, monitors, external hard-drives, network interface cards, etc.;
- Cisco routers (e.g., 36XX, 76XX, ASR 1XXX);
- Cisco switches (e.g., Catalyst, Nexus);
- Cisco wireless access points (e.g., Aironet);
- Associated networking devices (e.g., LAN Controllers, WAN Optimizers)
- MCSA Windows 7, MCSA Windows 8, and CompTIA A+ required
- One or more of the following certifications preferred : CCIE, CCNA, CCNP, CCDE, CCDP, CCSP, CCVP
