Position Overview

The Manager, Video Partnerships is the base-level management role on the Video Partnerships team, with responsibilities including managing all National video buying activity, negotiating buys, checking preliminary and final post buy delivery, and tracking performance. Managers assist with the management of Partnerships team - developing their skills, evaluating their performance, and managing their growth. The individual is tasked with developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The Manager will drive the team to explore and identify non-traditional partnerships opportunities. Job Summary

Reporting to the Installation Manager the HVAC/R Installation Technician is responsible for install ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems and equipment; inspect and perform tests on systems and equipment at start-up to assure proper functioning. This position has constant contact with the Project Managers and Sales Engineers to receive installation detail and communicate project requirements and results. This position has frequent contact with customers, requiring reasonable tact and strong verbal/written communication skills.

• Following specific instructions, assembles or constructs simple or standard equipment or parts; may service or repair simple instruments or equipment.
  
• Conducts a variety of tests using established methods.
  
• Prepares test specimens, adjusts and operates equipment, and records test data, pointing out deviations resulting from equipment malfunction or observational errors.
  
• Extracts engineering data from various prescribed but non standardized sources; processes the data following well-defined methods including elementary algebra and geometry; presents the data in prescribed form.
  
• Other duties may be assigned to include overtime work to complete production requirements.

• High School diploma and 4 years prior related experience.
  
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret cable assembly drawings.
  
• Demonstrated ability to read and execute hydrostatic pressure tank procedures.
  
• Ability to obtain L3Harris certification to operate forklifts.
  
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds independently.
  
• Must be able to traverse ladders.
