What you bring to the team

• Prescribe medications as indicated.

The contractor shall ensure accurate and timely completion of referrals, to include the following: • Conduct all referrals in accordance with the MTF s policies and protocols.

The registered nurse (RN) is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care.
