Responsibilities
The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer provides diagnostic ultrasound tests for patients in the Maternal Fetal Medicine setting. The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer works independently and with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to pregnant women.
- Explains exam to patient and family prior to the commencement of the test to assure cooperation and optimum test results.
- Acquires anatomical, pathological, and/or physiological data.

POSITION SUMMARY
MSB Global Services, LLC is developing one of the largest AI-focused, multi-phase data center campuses in the United States, supported by extensive on-site power generation, microgrid systems, real estate development, and strategic partnerships. The In-House Legal Counsel will serve as the organization’s primary legal authority, advising executive leadership on litigation, corporate governance, contracts, environmental permitting, EPC agreements, and compliance.
This role is responsible for protecting the company’s legal interests, managing risk across all phases of development and construction, structuring complex financial and ownership documents, and ensuring that MSB Global operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
This is a senior, high-impact position requiring exceptional judgment, multi-disciplinary legal expertise, and the ability to operate at the pace and complexity of billion-dollar infrastructure development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Represent MSB Global directly in legal disputes or coordinate strategy with outside counsel.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, and demand letters.
- Manage litigation related to real estate, infrastructure, construction, contracts, land-use, permitting, or municipal/government disputes.
- Develop a legal strategy to protect the company's interests in deposit disputes, wrongful enforcement, breach of contract, and interconnection disagreements.
2. Corporate Law & Governance
- Draft, negotiate, and maintain:
- Private Placement Memoranda (PPMs)
- Class A and Class B share structures
- Membership interest documentation for LLCs

Position will be the system Transfusion Medicine manager, overseeing the Transfusion Medicine departments at all sites. This position will be a member of the Sayre Lab Leadership Team. This position will have the responsibility for the technical aspects of all testing within all Transfusion Medicine departments for the system. This position will be responsible to organize the workflow to result in optimum efficiency utilizing appropriate metrics to maximize the departmental operational efficiencies. The department manager will collaborate with departmental pathologist and other known experts on such technical issues as technical procedures, Quality Assurance, and appropriateness of testing. The Transfusion Medicine manager will report directly to the Director of the Clinical Lab. Education, License & Cert:
Must meet the qualifications of a Laboratory Manager as defined by the New York State Department of Health, Pennsylvania Department of Health and CLIA. Certification as a Medical Technologist by the ASCP Board of Registry or Board eligible preferred.
Experience:
Experienced Medical Technologist with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in their respective specialty. Certification by ASCP Board of Registry or Board eligible is preferred. Certification as Specialist in Blood Bank by ASCP Board of Registry or equivalent is a plus.
Essential Functions:
1. Provide technical leadership in assigned specialized areas within the Sayre Lab and affiliated Transfusion Medicine sites. 7. Coordinates and takes the lead in integrating Sayre Lab functions throughout all shifts and sites, including scheduling, monitoring, data collection, data presentation and the implementation of approved new initiatives.
8. Has primary responsibility for the proper maintenance of all equipment at the Sayre laboratory.
9. Assures all policies, procedures, test record keeping, quality control, quality assurance documentation required are maintained and up to date which includes the assurance that the accuracy of all testing is monitored through statistical analysis and developing quality reports at all sites. This applies for all Transfusion Medicine policies for the GMG labs and any Transfusion Medicine related polices held by the hospitals.
10. Appropriately handles and documents proficiency samples to meet regulatory requirements to include rotation among staff on all shifts at the Sayre laboratory, and provide guidance at affiliate sites.
11. Maintains an adequate inventory of expendable supplies for immediate use in the Sayre department.
12. Brings any problems of a technical nature to the attention of the Medical and Administrative Laboratory Director(s). 17. Schedules personnel and develops staffing plans and departmental assignments / re‐assignments for the Sayre Lab areas of responsibility to assure optimum performance, workflow and technical accuracy under overall guidance of Director Clinical Laboratory.
