This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work a flexible schedule in a unique program, Personal Care Management Evaluation Department, that makes a truly wonderful difference in the lives of children and adults with a wide range of disabilities. This position does require working in the community. Travel within the coverage area is required for this position. Must have a valid driverβs license and reliable transportation.
Looking for coverage area in Massachusetts and up to a 60-mile radius of your home address in Suffolk and/or Middlesex County.

Position Overview
The Applications Chemist will play a critical role in translating P2 Science's ingredient chemistry into real-world cosmetic performance. We are seeking an individual who works independently, formulates across multiple product categories, and partners closely with commercial, marketing, and R&D teams.
The ideal candidate possesses hands-on cosmetic chemistry experience, is comfortable working autonomously, and understands how to develop credible performance data and claims for ingredients and finished formulations via instrumental analyses and conducting internal studies.
Key Responsibilities
Formulation & Applications Development
- Independently formulate personal care prototypes across multiple categories (e.g., skincare, hair care, body care, color cosmetics, lip care, fragrance-adjacent applications)
- Develop chassis formulations to support claims testing to demonstrate the performance benefits of P2 Science ingredients
- Customize formulations to support customer requests, troubleshooting, and reformulation efforts

Summary
Ensures and/or provides patient care in accordance with the RN job description. Assumes 24-hour accountability for the direction and management of patient care within assigned area. Manages material, financial, and human resources within the assigned unit.
Job Duties
- Oversees administrative and operational issues for the designated care delivery team.
- Functions as a department team leader to support unit and hospital goals and objectives.
- Uses effective and appropriate communication styles with patients, significant others, visitors, staff, and professional colleagues.
- Supports the Culture of Safety by following established policies and procedures which include identification and timely patient safety event reporting.
- Ensures staffing to meet patient care needs and operational guidelines.
- Fosters accountability of staff for adherence to policies/procedures/professional practice.
- Participates in coaching, counseling, and mentoring of unit personnel.
- Supports the Professional Practice Model and participates in efforts related to the key components.
- Assumes unit, clinical, and administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Director and under the supervision of the Patient Care Services management staff.
- Ensures and/or provides patient care in accordance with all responsibilities in the RN job description.
- Ensures completion of the unit's schedule in a timely and equitable manner.
- Utilizes evidence based research findings within patient care delivery, communicates research findings to co-workers and/or the professional community, attends research continuing education offerings, assists with data collections, and serves as a participant in ongoing research studies.
- Provides clinical, consultative, technical, or informational services as needed to staff, other disciplines, patients, and/or families.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelorβs Degree Nursing
- 3 years Registered Nurse in an acute care hospital setting.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Proficient in clinical practice protocols for medical procedures and patient care.
- Skilled in monitoring/assessing the performance of self, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
- RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.

We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Director, Hospitalist & Acute Care Services. This leadership role provides strategic and operational oversight for hospital-based and acute care programs across multiple hospital locations, partnering closely with physician leadership and hospital executives to advance care delivery and systemwide performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership for Hospitalist programs across multiple hospital sites
- Lead the development, performance monitoring, and expansion of Palliative Care Services, including KPI development
- Oversee Rapid Treatment Clinic operations and other programs focused on care delivery outside the traditional hospital or clinic setting
- Support development and financial evaluation of Primary Care at Home programs, including digital and virtual integration
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with hospital executives, physician leaders, and clinical partners
- Optimize workflows, staffing models, and quality outcomes across acute and hospital-based services
- Support managed care operations, risk management initiatives, and regulatory compliance
- Drive budgeting, cost control, and performance improvement initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary operational and administrative teams

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree
- 8+ years of progressive healthcare management or operations leadership experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical operations and healthcare performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masterβs degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience leading Hospitalist or hospital-based specialty programs
- Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Experience with managed care operations and hospital billing processes

This is a new role, mirroring another Senior leader that is in place already. Both will work together.
Service lines included across the entire hospital. Position reports to CNO, VP/Nursing. 24 direct reports.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Master's degree in Nursing or health related field required
- Doctoral degree in Nursing Leadership or Health Services Administration preferred
- Must be from a nationally accredited program
Experience
- 5+ years Progressively responsible leadership roles in nursing including director of nursing (or equivalent) or above experience required
Licenses and Certifications
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the State of Maryland required
- Certification in Nursing Administration from a nationally recognized nursing organization such as NEA-BC or CENP within 1 Year required
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to exercise independent judgment on highly complex situations.
- Business acumen and leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact and collaborate with all levels of management internal departments external agencies and entities
- Advanced knowledge of various computer software applications and online learning applications especially Microsoft PowerPoint and online training platforms.

- Develop/write robust manufacturing process based on formulation and equipment for the compounding team.
- Maintain, revise & document processes.
- Develop robust fill/assembly procedures based on formula, packaging & filling equipment.
- Lead with R&D Technology transfer; Lab scale-up to Pilot to Manufacturing
- Supervise first production & validation batches
- Participate in line trials.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for compounding and filling of new products while maintaining consistent product quality.
- Chemistry or Chemical (or Mechanical) Engineering Degree.
- 5+ yrs experience in a manufacturing of cosmetics or personal care products.
- Knowledgeable of Quality regulations for Cosmetic products.
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
- Superior communication skills (Spanish fluency is preferred).
