Role Description


Perform duties necessary to monitor accurate tracking and valuation of product inventory. Includes other duties related to inventory consisting of reporting, analysis, and support and training for other staff.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the Inventory Master file and ensuring compliance to policy and procedure. Reviewing for consistency and identification of discontinued products.
  • System Administration for the Warehousing and Manufacturing Modules of the ERP.
  • Data Extraction from ERP System for Inventory Transactions and Troubleshooting.
  • Set up of new process in ERP system for tracking of Inventory. System enhancements, updates, and conversions.
  • Prepares and directs routine cycle counts of specific inventory products and consumable supply items. This includes all ethanol inventories required for external reporting compliance at least monthly.
  • Directs full physical count of all inventories (Finished Good, Raw Materials, Packaging, and Consumable Supply Items) on a scheduled basis. Reconciles physical count to perpetual count in accounting system. Requires travel to facilities.
  • Research with operations reported or identified inventory discrepancies to determine root cause and process improvements for product quantities and costing.
  • Responsible to determine the need to make adjusting transactions to correct inventory balances, correcting either on hand quantities and/or average cost as needed, ensuring lot numbers and representation in transaction history is properly documented.
  • Prepares and reviews the Dead Stock/Slow Moving/NC Report and works with operations to formulate a game plan for the use or disposal of the products.
  • Responsible for maintenance of product formulas and their revisions in the ERP system at the direction of production, sales, and/or quality control. This includes the listing of specific work instructions and process/product related notations.
  • Responsible for understanding tracking and reporting requirements of TTB and preparation of monthly ethanol flow reports.
  • Sets up new products, blend products and packaging items applying standard procedures for required fields in ERP system. Verifies that existing product codes do not already exist and explores other options like the addition of a formula version or a customer-product as an alternative. Distributes product information and product codes to sales, purchasing, compliance and customer service.
  • Routinely reviews labor and overhead costing rates and application to production formulas. Through observation and discussion with operations and sales personnel, tracks and analyze the labor, analytical costs, other consumable elements associated with completion of production activities.
  • Confers and coordinates with CFO and other interested parties to prepare for absorption rate changes.
  • Provides training, support and backup as needed to employees interacting with inventory transactions from Receiving to Invoicing, and product returns for all facilities.
  • Audits inventory related transactions to ensure proper recording in system, to include receivers, production posting, location transfers, lot identification and labeling.
  • Works with various departments, including Purchasing, Production, Accounts Payable and General Ledger to resolve inventory processing questions and issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify when more information is required and where processes can be improved.
  • Assists Sales and Management with various reports and information when needed for gross margin impact.
  • Monthly Inv Variance/PPV/Disposal/Freight Variance Recons
  • Must comply with all company safety, quality and environmental standards.

Starting Salary: $17.50 - $35.00 (Hourly)



Note: Your base wage will be $35.00 per hour for direct clinical work with families and calls/texts to engage families. We are seeking a Part Time Functional Family Therapist to join our team. Your role will provide Functional Family Therapy services to referred families. The therapist will learn and apply the Evidence-Based Practice Functional Family Therapy model, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team. As a member of the Clinical Outpatient team, you will work with other team members and report to our Clinical Manager - FFT.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:




  • Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintains a strength-based relational focus. Persistent outreach efforts may be required.
  • Utilizes the CSS system to document services and to plan treatment according to the FFT model.
  • Utilize other systems required, such as MyAvatar, to manage confidential client information.
  • Monitors progress in treatment and adjusts the phase of treatment as indicated.
  • Demonstrates fidelity to the FFT model by use of the phase system
  • Assures quality service for clients by addressing core issues within the family that contributed to the reasons for referral.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be working with a team of engineers on our CTV-focused ad-buying platform. We are seeking a Functional Family Therapy Provider to join our team. Your role will learn and apply the Evidence-Based Practice Functional Family Therapy model, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:



ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:



* Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintains a strength-based relational focus. Persistent outreach efforts may be required.



* Utilizes the CSS system to document services and plan treatment according to the FFT model.



* Utilize other systems required, such as Avatar, to manage confidential client information.



* Monitor progress in treatment and adjust the phase of treatment as indicated.



*Demonstrates fidelity to the FFT model by use of phase system



Assured quality service for clients by addressing core issues within the family that contributed to the reasons for referral.



*Maintains agency credibility by establishing working relationships with sponsoring, advisory, and related service agencies via positive and timely communication.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Primary Purpose

This role works as part of the Essex Modern Technology & Engineering (MT&E) team and will be focused on owning and driving the Human Centered Design (HCD) capability at the company. This is a senior Staff-level role with operational and strategic deliverables across client-facing projects and internal company initiatives. The role will be responsible for developing user interfaces, design system(s), and providing design strategy/leadership to support life science research in the public and/or private industry. This role will work on client project deliverables as well as in-house Essex deliverables to grow the overall Essex Human-Centered Design (HCD) capability. Responsibilities

  1. Own and drive the Human Centered Design (HCD) capability at
  2. Lead the development of design solutions that solve complex and challenging UI/UX problems.
  3. Meet with engineering team leads, and business and product owners to kick-off the design process at project inception.
  4. Design clean, accessible, and modern UIs that adhere to the unified principles of a
    design system.
  5. Develop documentation, including design process working practices, design system guides, and knowledge presentations.

  3. Experience providing design and accessibility deliverables on multiple projects
    running concurrently.
  4. Comprehensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
  5. Excellent understanding of and experience with design collaboration tools such as Figma.
