Develop, implement, and audit EHS policies, SOPs, and training programs.
Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), facility risk assessments, and safety inspections.
Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Track safety metrics (TRIR, DART, near misses) and present findings to leadership.
Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and FDA-regulated standards where applicable.
Lead and maintain Emergency Response Team readiness and training.
Workers’ Compensation & Risk Management Investigate workplace injuries and ensure regulatory-compliant reporting.
Manage workers’ compensation claims and partner with insurance carriers and medical providers.
Coordinate return-to-work and modified duty programs.
Track claims trends and support site-level risk reduction strategies.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing or FDA-regulated environment.
Demonstrated experience managing environmental permits and regulatory reporting.
Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, stormwater, hazardous waste, and air quality regulations.
Experience leading regulatory inspections and responding to findings.

This is a full-time, salaried exempt position. In this role, you will be responsible for and manage the development, coordination, and implementation of occupational health policies and procedures to promote and ensure effective safety operations in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Safety and Environmental Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in Process Safety Management for general industry and construction.
- Understands relevant laws and regulations, national standards, and other mandatory regulations related to safety, fire protection, environmental protection, and occupational health.
- Experience in developing and implementing EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001).
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) are a plus.
- Having relevant work experience in managing various EHS permits.

Position Summary:
The Regional EHS Manager has multi-facility responsibility for EHS compliance in Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Environmental arenas at locations in the U.S. This EHS Regional Manager will lead internal EHS audit preparation, create programs, policies and implement changes within EHS, and will work closely with facility management, operations directors and corporate EHS.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement actions to facilitate a strong safety culture through skilled support and employee engagement.

Role Summary: The M365 Licensing Specialist is our Subject Matter Expert on Microsoft licensing, responsible for both advisory guidance and operational execution across multiple channels and programs. You will guide our internal sales team and clients on the most appropriate licensing for given scenarios, process license orders and renewals, provision customer tenants, respond to licensing inquiries, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
