Specific Responsibilities
- Work closely with our team of graphic designers and apparel designers to create digital CAD boards for presentations, internal documentation and sales requests.
- Work closely with costing to ensure that cost sheets are 100% accurate with correct art code, colorway and cad representation, updating CADs for cost sheets as necessary
- Reviews costing packages with Art Manager to facilitate approvals for color, scale, placement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our target customers to inform design decisions.
- Request patterns from patternmaker for approval of scale and placement for graphics.
- Organize and maintain graphic design resource library and approval library
- Photograph and tag graphic proto samples.
- Strong desire to contribute to original graphic art requests, brainstorming sessions, researching design trends, etc.
- Provide support to graphic designers and apparel design team as needed.

Position Summary
As a Communications Designer you are an important part of the creation of the most appropriate communications plan for your client to achieve their business goals. You are responsible for helping to strategize, produce and make sense of the key media, consumer and market intelligence required to your clients' connections plan. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Assistant Director of Student Services to join our team in our West Los Angeles office. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats. The Assistant Director will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating student services, and helping our company grow.
This is currently a part time position, but could turn into a full time role. The rate ranges from $25-40/hour depending on experience level.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage tutor–student schedules and ensure smooth communication with families and staff
- Support student services operations and help maintain strong relationships with students, tutors, and parents
- Assist with office management and organization of daily administrative tasks
- Manage and update the company's social media platforms
- Help create and organize educational materials and curriculum resources
- Assist with bookkeeping and administrative financial tracking
- Support internal systems to improve organization, workflows, and efficiency
- Contribute creative ideas to support company growth and student success
Qualifications
- Background in education preferred (teacher, school administrator, academic coordinator, or experience with an educational company)
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative leader with a strong portfolio in consumer electronics and brand development to influence a dynamic, multi-channel environment. The ideal candidate will oversee the translation of innovative ideas into compelling visual content across physical packaging, retail displays, and digital platforms.
Experience:
- 10+ years of professional design experience within CPG, consumer electronics, or multi-brand environments
- BA/BS in Fine Art, Graphic Design or other related degree
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary creative teams
- Proven experience building and executing integrated brand systems across packaging, retail, ecommerce, and digital marketing
- Deep understanding of packaging production, print processes, structural considerations, retail and regulatory compliance, and global production partnerships, with the ability to anticipate and resolve execution challenges across channels
- Exceptional eye for graphics, typography, composition, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and graphic systems, with the ability to elevate product visuals across photography and photorealistic rendering
- Ability to translate business feedback into clear creative direction and articulate design rationale to cross-functional partners
- Strong commercial understanding of retail, ecommerce, and consumer engagement trends
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with familiarity in visualization tools
- Travel may be required based on project needs
