General Summary of Position:
The Corporate Trainer at Granite Telecommunications is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that support employee growth, operational excellence, and company objectives. This role partners with departments across the organization to identify training needs, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and evaluate training effectiveness. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic communicator with a passion for adult learning, strong presentation skills, and the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences and business units.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assist the development of training programs for new hire onboarding, leadership development, customer service, systems, and job-specific skills.

Required Qualifications:

We are seeking a Placement Finding Specialist to join our team.
Hourly Range: $21.63 - $23.56
This role is an innovative approach to partnering with case managers and placement resources in Kansas to identify the best placement match for youth already in or newly entering state custody. You are responsible for identifying placement resources for children in state custody referred to by their case manager. As a member of the Kansas Foster Care team, you will work with 3 other team members and report to our Placement Finding Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- The Placement Finding Specialist receives information about youth by phone from case managers and assesses, in conjunction with the case manager, the youth's placement needs
- Specialists then utilize available technology to conduct a search for placements that would match the youth's needs, discuss placement needs by phone with prospective placements and then provide placement options by phone and/or email to the youth's case manager
- There is a strong emphasis on placing siblings together, maintaining youth in their community and minimizing the number of placement changes youth experience while in foster care
- Referrals come in as either emergencies (placement must be found within four hours) or non-emergencies (anything beyond four hours). Placement Finding specialists must meet established benchmarks for each referral type
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience working with children and families and the following:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or other human services related field
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening

Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the technology vision and strategy for Tapestry, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and government requirements
- Drive innovation in software development practices, methodologies, and technologies to enhance product offerings and improve service delivery
- Lead the technical requirements and resource allocation in support of capture activities, including proposal development and solution design
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring it supports the software development lifecycle and meets the operational needs of the organization

Cornerstone Systems is seeking an Intermodal-Account Coordinator for our corporate office located in Memphis, TN. The Account Coordinator, supporting the Intermodal Operations department, represents the core of our Company’s operation as they are responsible for coordinating daily freight load movements on a national scale, while maintaining customer satisfaction in an extremely high-pressure, time-sensitive atmosphere. They are a motivated, self-starter able to manage multiple projects at once within a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with company SOPs, maintaining service excellence, and contributing to the growth of our customer and carrier network. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Determine and secure most profitable equipment type including equipment requests
- Schedule pick up appointments based on customer guidelines
- Dispatch origin carrier
- Perform rail billing and assign gate reservations when needed
- Monitor and work Pre-ship and Origin tabs in Edge
- Manage equipment pools, reconciliation, and reporting

Summary:
The Clinical Learning Operations Coordinator supports the delivery, management, and administration of clinical education programs. This role applies technical expertise to support digital learning, the hands-on capacity to support in-person learning events, and the organizational skills to support the administrative and logistical aspects of an education team.
