Insight Global is looking for an ERP Processing Specialist to support order management, inventory accuracy, and communication between internal teams and third‑party partners. This role will be responsible for creating and modifying sales orders within the Epicor ERP system, maintaining accurate stock information, and coordinating closely with the distribution center on shipments and transfers. The specialist will also manage consignment inventory in virtual warehouse environments, reconcile month‑end data with partners like Walmart or Amazon, and troubleshoot issues by creating tickets for the IT team. Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Controls Engineer with experience working with Cobots in the Warren, Michigan area. The engineer will support the development of a fenceless Cobot solution. Including hardware design using EPlan, PLC programming and debug, component validation, process validation, and recovery.

Other Responsibilities Include:

• Design & Build Controls Safety Solutions for Robotic Demo Cells on Lab Floor
• Design and assemble controls for a demo and validation system for a cobot fenceless solution in the RTD Lab. System will be composed of a Rockwell PLC, FANUC CRX robot, and various safety sensors.

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to work in Amherst, OH! This person will perform a broad range of duties in support of the cash disbursement process. This will include invoice processing, payment generation, and vendor problem resolution. The AP Specialist will identify and evaluate accounting/procedural problems and recommend corrective measures.

This individual will interface internally with numerous departments, all levels of management, and externally with auditors and suppliers daily. Work is generally performed with minimal supervision.

They’ll manage SKU-level inventory using tools like Arkieva, Excel, Power BI, Oracle, and A/X to help meet customer in-stock goals, inventory targets, and sales objectives. On a daily basis, the analyst will generate customer-level forecasts (weekly and monthly), analyze historical data and market trends, and coordinate new product introductions. They’ll monitor retailer inventory levels against POS data to identify demand risks and develop reports that track forecast accuracy. The ideal individual will be skilled at gathering information from customers and suppliers, feeding that into forecasting models, and clearly communicating insights to both internal teams (sales, merchandising, planning) and external partners.
