Participates in on-call schedule in a responsive and timely manner.

Maintains historical records by documenting symptoms, medications, and treatment events and writing summaries.

Hospital is seeking BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to lead their own orthopedic practice- Youll have the autonomy to develop your own clinical approach and build strong relationships with patients within the community.
- As the solo orthopedic provider, youll be comfortable and confident managing all aspects of the practice.- Experience a fulfilling mix of clinical responsibilities, including patient consultations, pre- and post-operative care, and surgical procedures.- Perform a wide range of orthopedic surgical procedures to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, including but not limited to: Joint replacements (hip & knee, shoulder if training permits), Fracture repair, Arthroscopic surgery- Provide comprehensive care to patients, from pre-operative consultations and surgical planning to post-operative follow-up and rehabilitation.- Collaborate effectively with nurses, other physicians (such as primary care providers, physical therapists, and pain management specialists), and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall growth and development of the orthopedic program
