As a Senior Flight Test Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Flight Test and Integration team. The Flight Test and Integration team is responsible for multiple installation and test efforts at Reliable Robotics. The team regularly ensures the proper function of mechanical, electrical, and flight control systems onboard the aircraft. In addition, this team has ownership over all ground and flight test operations within the organization. The team is composed of individuals with experience developing experimental and certification products.

Responsibilities

In your role as Senior Flight Test Engineer, you will verify the function and capabilities of modified flight control systems, for a remotely operated autoflight system. You will ensure the proper build-up of functions and capabilities, beginning in the lab and ending up on the vehicle. You will be expected to verify the end-to-end functionality of the system and ensure the ability to assess all desired test requirements. This will require engaging with many teams throughout the organization and having a firm understanding of the vehicle's capabilities. As part of the flight test campaigns, you'll act as the responsible engineer for the vehicle and often as test director.

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline

• 7+ years of experimental flight test experience

• Prior experience drafting test plans, test cards, test hazard analyses, and acting as test director during a flight/mission

• Experience with making aeronautical VHF radio calls

• Demonstrated ability to complete system-level risk assessments

Preferred Criteria

• Graduate of an SETP recognized flight test school

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline or equivalent industry experience

• Recent Caravan or PT6A experience

Flight Software links together the mechanical, avionics, algorithmic, and embedded worlds to actually make the airplane fly. As a Flight Software Test V&V Engineer, you will develop the test cases to support the test verification processes ensuring that the aviation products we develop are safe to fly and help provide a high-fidelity training environment for our flight-test crews.

Responsibilities

As a Flight Software Test V&V Engineer on the Simulation and Test Systems team, you will be instrumental in testing and deploying autonomous aircraft software. The Simulation and Test Systems team architects, builds, and maintains the hardware and software infrastructure necessary to verify aircraft performance prior to flight testing. Your responsibilities include verifying flight software functionality across diverse integrated test environments, such as software-in-the-loop (SIL), hardware-in-the-loop (HITL), and on-aircraft testing. You will also author and execute test procedures for on-ground aircraft testing.

A key part of this role involves designing, building, and maintaining automated test scripts within our test ecosystem. These scripts will support functional testing and requirements-driven software tests necessary for FAA certification.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on position. You will coordinate with engineering teams throughout the company to develop test plans, execute tests, investigate issues, and drive problems to closure. You will also be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of test and simulation equipment.

Basic Success Criteria

• 3+ years professional experience testing software

• 3+ years professional experience Python and exposure to C++ build systems

• 3+ years of experience testing integrated hardware / software products or mission-critical systems

• Experience authoring problem reports, test reproducibility steps, and procedures for internal team collaboration

• Hands on experience using laboratory electrical test equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and/or logic analyzers

Job Summary:

We are seeking a forward-thinking SDET to help modernize and lead our test automation strategy. This role will focus on building and maintaining scalable, maintainable, and integrated test automation frameworks across UI and API layers using modern tools like Playwright and TypeScript, while also contributing to CI/CD testing integration. The SDET will also play a key role in supporting manual testing efforts within Agile feature teams—guiding test case design, exploratory testing, and quality validation for areas not yet automated. This position is critical to enabling feature teams to take ownership of both automated and manual testing, ensuring faster, higher-quality releases.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Partner with Agile feature teams to understand user stories, define acceptance criteria, and promote a test-first mindset through collaboration in design and refinement sessions.

· Build, maintain, and evolve test automation frameworks using Playwright (preferred), TypeScript, or other enterprise-approved tools to support API and UI testing.

· Drive the transition from legacy frameworks (e.g., Selenium + Java, Postman/Newman) to unified automation aligned with our CI/CD strategy.

· Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to ensure test cases are executed in CI pipelines and provide fast, actionable feedback.

A probe card is a critical component in semiconductor testing, acting as the interface between automated test equipment and the semiconductor wafer. Precision and electrical integrity are essential for accurate wafer-level testing.

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a Test Design Engineer to play a key role in electrical problem solving, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for advanced probe card technologies at our Hutto facility. This is a hands-on, production-facing engineering role focused on resolving complex electrical issues, improving yield and reliability, and feeding lessons learned back into design, manufacturing, and test processes.

This role is suited for an engineer who is comfortable working directly with production, test, and rework teams, taking ownership of difficult electrical issues, and driving systematic improvements rather than only supporting individual failures.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design of test hardware, including PCB design, circuit design and FPGA programming
• Lead electrical troubleshooting of probe cards and subassemblies, including mixed-signal, high-speed, RF, and power delivery paths.
• Write test vectors and design test programs for different platforms
• Own complex, cross-functional debug efforts involving dense, multi-layer PCBs with thousands of components and extremely tight tolerances.
• Analyze failing electrical test data to identify root causes such as opens, shorts, leakage, impedance drift, signal integrity issues, crosstalk, grounding problems, or component failures.
• Perform and interpret measurements using oscilloscopes, VNAs, TDR, LCR meters, curve tracers, and automated test equipment.
• Drive structured root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions, ensuring issues are fully understood and addressed, not just worked around.
• Support and guide technicians during debug, rework, and retest activities, setting best practices and ensuring consistent execution.
• Participate in RMA evaluations, customer-return analysis, and field failure investigations, identifying systemic trends and improvement actions.

• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on electrical margins, test robustness, production yield, and overall product quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in electrical engineering design, including analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power circuits. Must be able to both design test circuits and understand their behavior.
• Hands-on knowledge of Labview.
• Solid understanding of PCB design and stack-ups, routing behavior, parasitics, and how electrical characteristics evolve in dense, high-complexity assemblies.
• Demonstrated ability to trace signals, interpret schematics, and reason through complex component interactions on large multi-layer boards.
• Hands-on expertise with electrical lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, VNAs, TDRs, LCR meters, and automated test systems.
• Working knowledge of high-speed and RF concepts including impedance control, insertion loss, reflections, return loss, and crosstalk.
• Proven, methodical approach to troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in a production environment.

Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Years of experience:

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on QA experience

• Expertise in Java programing language above Java8

• Practical experience with Automation testing and coding skills in Core Java

• Practical knowledge of one UI & Mobile automation tool (Selenium, Appium etc.).

• Proficient in API Testing with any automation tool (Rest-Assured/HTTP Client).

• Strong SQL experience with various databases.

• Practical automation frameworks experience in Gherkins-Cucumber (BDD).

• Experience in Agile methodology and Devops with Integrating automated tests in Continuous Integration and Delivery pipeline.

• Good communication skills to work effectively in a global team.

• Self-motivated, problem solver.

• Willingness to learn and grow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Creation and execution of complex automated test scripts for testing business critical automation scripts using tools such as Java based Framework, Java, Selenium, Cucumber BDD, TestNG, Gradle and Jenkins.

• Need to possess Java development experience and have contributed towards the Framework creation/customization based on the requirements

• Test planning and Estimation of projects using TCP Estimation Methodology.

• Maintaining all project requirements and execution details on Test Management Tool JIRA. Reviewing Test Cases, Performing root cause analysis (RCA) for production defects.

• Perform failure analysis for mobile automation, scripts analyze and identify test cases feasible for automation.

• Sharing the Daily Status Report with project stakeholders and providing Go/No-Go decisions for production releases.

• Involved in Agile Process from attending Scrum Call, Backlog Grooming and Sprint Planning & Sprint Retrospective for all the deliverables

is seeking a Physician with a background in GP, FP, or IM for a part-time position overseeing stress tests in a clinic in Charleston, SC.

The clinic provides general, chemical, and nuclear stress tests.

Provider will be needed on-site to oversee the tests and be on hand in case the patient has an adverse response to the test.

Must have valid South Carolina license, ACLS and BLS certifications.

About the Opportunity:- Period of Performance is approx.

ASAP to Ongoing
- Monday through Friday, hours will be according to providers availability
- Compensation will be based on a per-test basis and then move to an hourly rate
- Each test will take approx.

15 minutes- Physician will not have to administer the tests; Primary role is to be in place in the event of an emergency
- Clinic located in West Charleston, SC Requirements:- Active and unrestricted South Carolina Physicians License- Active and unrestricted DEA- BLS certification- ACLS Certification (clinic will assist in obtaining if not already certified)
