Director of Treasury, Finance
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Treasury to lead and manage treasury functions for our organization. The Director of Treasury will be responsible for overseeing cash management and collaborating on liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt management, and risk mitigation strategies. Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:
Treasury Operations & Cash Management
- Oversee daily cash positioning, short-term forecasting, and liquidity management across all entities.
- Develop and maintain a rolling short-term cash flow forecast.
- Support efficient working capital management and optimization of cash conversion cycles.
Banking & Capital Markets
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate fees, and treasury service agreements.
- Support capital market activities, including debt issuance, refinancing, and interest rate strategy.
Treasury Policy, Controls & Systems
- Develop and enforce treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Lead treasury systems strategy, including automation, bank integrations, and ERP optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement across treasury processes.
Strategic Finance & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Legal, and Operations to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide treasury insights for M&A, capital allocation, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
- Present treasury updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Provide clear coaching and feedback to support team development and elevate performance.
- Promote a culture of learning, innovation, and shared ownership across the team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA/CTP highly preferred.
- 8+ years of treasury, corporate finance, or capital markets experience.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of liquidity management, debt capital markets, and risk management tools.
- Proven experience negotiating banking arrangements and managing lender relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complex information.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive organizational change.
- Ability to travel multiple times per year for company sponsored events

Role Summary
The Director, Ancillary Income, will be instrumental in the development and execution of a new portfolio-wide Ancillary Income strategy at Perform Properties. The role will help design, build, and scale non-traditional revenue streams – including pop-up retail, seasonal activations, parking and common-area monetization, rooftop solar, EV charging, and sponsorship programs – across a growing nationwide retail and office platform. The Director, Ancillary Income will partner cross-functionally with Leasing, Asset Management, Portfolio Operations, Portfolio Management, Marketing and Sustainability and Social Impact to set new standards and embed ancillary income as a core driver of property-level revenue. This role reports to the SVP, Sustainability, Social Impact & Ancillary Income and is based in the office, 5 days a week.
Essential Job Functions
· Partner with SVP, Sustainability, Social Impact and Ancillary Income to develop and execute a comprehensive Ancillary Income strategy across all Perform Properties assets, establishing revenue targets, execution timelines, and KPIs.
· Structure and negotiate new or renewal license agreements and vendor partnerships to maximize both recurring and short-term ancillary revenue across the portfolio.
· Draft, negotiate and manage ancillary revenue agreements – including licenses, sponsorship, and activation agreements – ensuring legal and risk compliance; demonstrate a strong understanding of legal considerations associated with the agreements
· Prepare annual revenue budgets and mid-year reforecasts in connection with business plans, as well as regular performance monitoring linked to revenue
· Cultivate and deepen tenant and vendor relationships across the portfolio to uncover untapped opportunities
· Prospect and qualify new ancillary tenants and partners through outbound prospecting, market canvassing, industry events, and inbound lead conversion

Analytical and Critical Thinking:
- Input data into estimating systems.
- Generates initial labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor budget estimates for new projects including estimate refinements.

- Develop detailed material take-offs, bills of materials, collect material, and subcontract quotes and itemize labor person-hour estimates.
- Collaborate with Director of Construction Services and other leaders on which opportunities to pursue after assessing project risk.
- Review and use independent judgement on what are not apparent from project documentation and make efforts to estimate those potential scopes of work.
- Assist in the development of alternate proposals such as unit price, fixed fee, and time and material formats.
- Read/analyze/interpret/understand construction drawings & specifications.
Proposal Development & Management:
- Coordinate proposals from scope definition through final costing and submittal
- Assist in preparation of proposal.
- Maintain a list of clarifications, assumptions, and qualifications identified as risks and discrepancies are detected during development of proposals.
- Accurately summarize and file all materials and labor estimates required per departmental standards and protocols; include any other information relevant to substantiating the pricing estimate.
- Ensure the most cost effective and innovative utilization of materials, fabrication, subcontractors, and equipment for each proposal.
- Participate in formal bid reviews and project team meetings to represent the estimate and to support the estimate.
- Compliance and Data Management
- Delegates tasks to various members of the Proposal Team

- Organize the material quantity take-off process to conform to the bid breakdown forms and submittals that are required.

We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist to lead the science behind how advertisers understand the impact of their investment on Pinterest through first and third party measurement products. You'll push the boundaries of ads measurement, advancing our approaches to causal inference and incrementality and partner closely with Product and Engineering, as well as represent Pinterest science externally with customers and partners.
What you'll do:
- Own the development of measurement methodologies that help advertisers understand and optimize the value of their Pinterest campaigns across the full ads delivery funnel.
