THE OPPORTUNITY


Chipotle is one of the largest purchasers of naturally raised beef, pork, and chicken in the United States. This position is responsible for all activities related to ongoing supplier management and the procurement of services, materials, and supplies related to CMG Protein Procurement. Individual tasks include negotiations, controlling costs, ensuring continuous and efficient processing. Maintain and update policies/procedures to ensure that procurement activities are in accordance with corporate standards.


LOCATION

This position will be based in our Newport Beach, CA office 4 days per week (with work from home on Friday). Remote work is not available for this role.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Performs tactical/strategic functions related to daily procurement.
  • Build/maintain excellent relationship with vendors, ensure they abide by CMG policies and fulfill deliveries, and help negotiate with suppliers for favorable pricing and quality.
  • Support culinary/marketing on any new protein options to help meet CMG standards and cost/availability requirements, especially LTO project work.
  • Work with cross functional teams to onboard new suppliers that meet CMG standards to help support supply growth and diversification while ensuring available category capacity to support CMG growth.
  • Identification/realization of cost-saving opportunities and cost-avoidance exercises without compromising supply assurance or quality.
  • Pricing/Product Management in Oracle, Semarchy, Foodlogiq, etc.
  • Support with analysis for RFP for raw materials and commissary
  • Review and monitor raw material supplier performance with commissary
  • Monitor and manage yields at commissary.
  • Update team/organization on commodity markets through monthly category reviews, Board forecasts, and through market news.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • B.A./B.S. in related field; or an equivalent in education and experience; Masters preferred

PAY TRANSPARENCY


A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $85,000.00–$122,500.00. In this role you will:

The purpose of the role is to ensure all transaction details are in Chatham's systems accurately and as agreed upon at execution. This role will provide support for transactions executed by Chatham's real estate, private equity, corporate, and financial institutions sectors. We expect primary responsibilities to include:

  • Transaction and data review

    • Develop an understanding of the underlying transactions in order to identify loading errors

This position will also help manage the Sales and Trade Marketing Associate. International sales experience is highly preferred.


About the Role

  • Be a key mid level sales manager for Ellis Brooklyn sales team on wholesale accounts. Experience with Sephora, Ulta, international beauty retailers is strongly preferred. This role will be the lead on managing our international accounts including Mecca, Sephora Canada and Space NK.
  • Review, evaluate & respond to all inbound retailer inquiries
  • Coordinate with sales director, finance team and operations manager to setup retail accounts and ensure all required information is compliant with company policies
  • Ownership of certain sales accounts. This role will be the lead on managing our international accounts including Mecca, Sephora Canada and Space NK.
  • Understand chase to budget and process Sales Orders.
  • Provide superior customer service to all current & prospective retail partners
  • Assist operations team regarding any retailer T&Cs, shipping & logistic requirements
  • Execute effective brand education, product education & retailer trainings virtually & in-person
  • Identify key educational needs for clients based on retailer category
  • Work with CEO and sales director on trade marketing plans and onboarding forms for new and existing products.

Β· Collaborate with Sales Director and Finance team on pricing strategy, profit margin & optimizing net profit

Β· Target, qualify & pursue retail leads and execute retail prospecting strategy

Β· Co-lead bi-annual market meetings with specific accounts assigned

Β· Analyze sales performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis with the Sales Director


Analytics

Β· Continuously segment retailers to customize sales support and refine new retailer prospecting

Β· Track launch performance, developing learnings and action steps


Communication

Β· Communicate product launches in timely fashion with retailers

Β· Own retailer call cycle to ensure timely communication and e-CRM to maximize re-orders

Β· Manage gratis/tester program for key retailersβ€”while working closely with the Sales Director and CEO/Trade Marketing


Marketing

Β· Work with CEO/founder and Marketing team in coordinating 360 marketing campaigns.

Β· Partner with creative and marketing to develop retailer marketing, merchandising and educational materials as needed.


Compliance and Logistics

Β· Work with operations on packing/shipping guidelines to ensure compliance and streamline logistics

Β· Ensure products are shipped on time and according to retailer-specific standards to be on time and minimizing penalties

Β· Coordinate with Sales Director, Demand Planning and Product Development to effectively manage product inventory allocated for retails during product innovation, development & launch phases.

Job Description:

We are seeking a data-driven growth marketer with a specialization in paid media to enhance our E-commerce team. Applicants should have at least six months of experience in paid media, including media planning and buying, and possess exceptional analytical skills. This role involves leading our paid search and media campaigns through platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager. A passion for mathematics and strategic thinking is essential, as you will be continually refining our performance marketing strategies to boost our brand presence. Proficiency in Excel is critical, as it will be used extensively for managing and analyzing campaign data to inform strategic decisions.Β

Paid Social Implementation and monitor:

Cross-Platform Strategy, Budget Pacing & Forecasting:

  • Develop and maintain cohesive advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok to optimize budget allocation and maximize ROI
  • Consistently forecast and manage daily, weekly, and monthly budget pacing with micro-level detail, aligned with the Ecommerce Department Lead and Finance Department
  • Evaluate and integrate affiliate marketing, email marketing, and SMS marketing opportunities into the broader digital strategy


Qualifications:

  • Must have completed a 4-year BA/BS degree in a related field such as Data Science, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, etc.Β 
  • 6 months to 2 years of paid media experience with strategy, execution, and analysis across platforms like Meta, TikTok, & Google Ads Manager, preferably within the luxury industry.Β 
  • Must have proficiency in GA4/Google Analytics 4Β Β 
  • Professional background from a top-tier marketing agency, e-commerce consumer brand, or paid marketing platform/tool provider.Β 
  • Must be proficient at Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc)Β 
  • Passion for eCommerce and ongoing learning with a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and how media buying fits into the larger picture of digital marketing.)Β 
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.Β 
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.Β 
  • Strong organizational skills and project management abilityΒ

The Senior Sales Associate will join our team reporting to the General Manager. You will be a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience, embracing and promoting our Retail Excellence Program with our clients and staff alike.

Duties and Responsibilities

β€’ Meet & exceed sales goal targets (daily, monthly, yearly)

β€’ Meet & exceed targets for client data capture

β€’ Create & foster genuine client relationships that will result in hitting and exceeding core KPIs: sales, UPT, ATV

β€’ Maintain client relationships through after sales service: not limited to but to include thank you notes, follow up phone calls, follow through of product repair or maintenance

β€’ Support the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining those that are existing

β€’ Support the business through maintenance of daily operations such as, but not limited to, opening & closing the registers, visual maintenance, inventory tasks

β€’ Set the example of operation excellence by following policies & procedures, while elevating the standards through usage of the proper tools & equipment

β€’ Support the business by maintaining seamless inventory operations throughout the day

β€’ Open and close consignments

β€’ Process returns and exchanges

β€’ Ability to communicate effectively & build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management

β€’ Develop business driving initiatives, contests and events

β€’ Support the sales team through various coaching & training techniques


YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
