Position Title: Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for leading and providing strategic direction for Commercial Sales, including sales strategies, productivity, sales training and effectiveness, and ensuring achievement of performance targets and budgeted sales goals. As the leader of the Company’s field sales force, you are responsible for direct management, development, and supervision of assigned Territory Managers and their implementation of processes within local geography in accordance with approved sales and marketing resources and ensuring all sales personnel operate in an effective, efficient and compliant manner. This role reports into the National Sales Director. The RSM must live within the assigned region.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

•Develop and implement Regional business plans, budgets and maintain overall responsibility of action plans for the Region.

  • Review performance metrics with the National Sales Director to ensure sales team is achieving maximum sales results.
  • Plan and conduct meetings with the Sales Team; ensure appropriate leadership by developing and inspiring the Sales Team.
  • Work closely with leadership and Market Access to maximize reimbursement from commercial & government payers.
  • Create and manage Regional plans including message, reach and frequency, and budget goals. Responsible for goal- and target-setting.
  • Evaluate account management performance against budget to ensure a cost-effective allocation of resources and appropriate management reporting.
  • Be in the field three (3) to four (4) days working with assigned Territory Managers and complete Field Coaching Reports (FCR) with quality and in a timely manner (48-72 hours). Hold office hours on days out of the field.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in sales management in the pharmaceutical industry may be substituted.
  • 8+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred; or equivalent medical sales experience may be substituted.
  • 3+ years sales management experience in a U.S. pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical organization preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Cardiology (Statin, PCSK9, and NOAC) launch experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in launching new products and/or indications and building sales teams.
  • Well-developed leadership skills, and the ability to influence people at all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully commercializing new products and/or expanding commercial opportunities for existing products. Sets compelling goals and is tenacious in accomplishing them. Ability to set priorities, allocate resources, take accountability, and achieve results.

POSITION PURPOSE

As the Principal Packaging Engineer, you will serve as the enterprise-wide technical expert and strategic lead in FDA regulated packaging. CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Growth & Sustainability

About the Role

The Dialysis Patient Care Technician position is for our Central Valdosta Clinic, located at 506 N Patterson St, Valdosta, GA 31601.


How you will change lives

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at US Renal Care, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team providing care and delegated activities of treatment to patients. The PCT will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN) for patients with renal failure.


What you'll be doing

Patient care. You will work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment. Responsibilities include gathering patient stats before and after treatment, initiating treatment, monitoring patients during treatment, terminating treatment, and collecting patient blood samples per physician orders.


Technician Duties. You will ensure quality comes first by preparing machines for hemodialysis treatments, cleaning and disinfecting machines after treatment, and conducting machine safety checks and logging results for quality control, ensuring all protocols and regulations are followed.


Safety and Quality. You will use appropriate safety measures, including personal protective equipment. Working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, you will adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws and regulations. You will participate in all required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.

What we're looking for


  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
  • Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
  • Ability to distinguish all primary colors.


Other requirements



  • Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, including demonstrated competency; this includes successful completion of USRC training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis within 8 weeks of hire.
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire or as required by the state.
  • Patient Care Technician certification must be obtained through a state certification program or national commercially available certification program within 18 months of hire date and maintained in good standing thereafter. Specific state requirements may be applicable and required.
