Key Responsibilities
• Manage written discovery and document production in complex commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Conduct and defend depositions involving business disputes.
• Prepare witnesses for testimony and assist with trial strategy.
• Appear for status conferences and motion hearings in court.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation proceedings.
• Assist senior litigators with trial preparation and case strategy development.
• Communicate directly with clients and partners regarding case progress.

Qualifications
• 3–4 years of experience practicing as a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney.
• Experience handling complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience conducting depositions and managing discovery processes.
• Ability to work directly with clients and partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Texas Bar required and active license to practice law in Texas.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
