About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic, articulate, and adaptable Programs Manager (AI Curriculum for HigherEd)to support the global expansion and US localization of our AI education programs.

This role involves delivery, curriculum creation, and program development, ideal for someone confident in discussing AI with non-technical audiences, passionate about learning, and eager to influence AI upskilling’s future. You’ll lead technical Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions with professors from community colleges and universities both virtually and in-person helping them develop/integrate technical AI concepts as part of their certifications/degrees.

This role blends delivery, curriculum design, and program development, ideal for a flexible, self-motivated individual with a growth mindset who thrives in ambiguous environments, constantly finding solutions to new problems.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Programs Training & Facilitation (TTT Model)

• Lead virtual and in-person technical Train-the-Trainer (TTT) workshops across US, supporting partners in vocational education and workforce institutions worldwide.
• Ensure participants understand the content and are equipped to customize it for local contexts and learner needs.
• Develop and implement standardized training regimens and SOPs tailored for cross-cultural, regional, and state-wide implementation partners.
• Translate core AI, ML, DL, and Python concepts into engaging, beginner-friendly lessons sensitive to language diversity and digital fluency levels - but also able to deliver technical concepts like Maths for AI, Data science, and Agentic AI topics in depth.
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions utilizing a standardized curriculum.

2. US Programme & Business Development (SMEs, Colleges, Universities, K12, communities)

• Manage the continuity and expansion of SLL's US programs, particularly within its extensive network of 140+ community colleges and universities spanning 40+ states.
• Work with the team to position SL2 as a leading partner in AI and emerging tech education for the US community college and vocational sector.
• Scale educational programs with school districts, community colleges, and universities, focusing on out-of-school programs and boot camps.
• Scale AI Community Engagements with clubs, societies, and foundations.
• Identify and articulate compelling use-case stories for workforce development partnerships.
• Support engagements with colleges, government agencies, and employers to co-develop bespoke AI education pathways.

3. Content Development and Productization

• Collaborate with internal teams to evolve and update existing programs and co-create new offerings.
• Lead the creation of slide decks, training decks, and other content as a core part of the role.
• Contribute to productizing key experiential learning offerings such as hands-on coding challenges and platform-based simulated work experiences.
• Help localize material for US-based institutions, aligning with skills frameworks and employer demand.
• Co-deliver experiential coding/skilling events, ensuring the core product is designed for global scalability and is adaptable to various educational levels, including tailoring project focus for different competitions for community college and university students.

What We're Looking For

• HigherEd/SME Training Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Higher Ed, training, or facilitation working with HigherEd/SMEs, including at least 2 years focused on technical or digital skills. Experience working across cultures and time zones is highly valued.
• Tech & Learning Aptitude: Intermediate to high knowledge of Python and AI/ML/DL/Agentic AI/Maths for AI/Data concepts. Strong personal interest in the evolving AI landscape and comfort with explaining complex topics to beginners. Experience or enthusiasm for Vibe Coding, digital hackathons, or collaborative prototyping is a plus.
• Communication & Facilitation: Fluent, clear-spoken English and strong public speaking skills. Able to adjust tone, pace, and clarity based on audience (e.g., teachers vs. college professors vs. workforce leaders). A strong presence on MS Teams/Zoom or in person - whether running a classroom session, hackathon, or partner presentation.
• Mindset & Tools: Adaptable, self-motivated, and collaborative. Skilled in using tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and Teams, and eager to learn new platforms and facilitation techniques.

The Senior Procurement Analyst will support and execute data-driven sourcing strategies for consumable and expendable (C&E) materials, rotable and repair components for different business groups within the company. This role sits at the intersection of sourcing, analytics, and supply planning leveraging supplier data, forecasting outputs, and inventory planning concepts to inform sourcing decisions.

The ideal candidate has prior hands-on sourcing and contracts experience and is comfortable working with spend management software such as Coupa, SAP Ariba and Zycus, forecasting tools, and BI tools such as Domo, Power BI and Tableau, to support supplier strategy and sourcing decisions in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be responsible for:

• Own direct strategic sourcing for MRO materials and repair services, translating forecast demand and supply plans into multi-year sourcing strategies rather than transactional buying.
• Lead and support RFQs/RFPs, supplier negotiations, and award recommendations, ensuring alignment with cost targets, capacity constraints, quality requirements and contractual terms.
• Evaluate sourcing options using a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) lens cost, lead time, MOQ, validity to support informed supplier selection decisions.
• Interpret outputs from internal forecasting tools and historical demand data to inform direct sourcing strategies, supplier capacity discussions and volume-based or long-term agreements.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of time-series concepts such as trend, seasonality, variability and forecast error.
• Apply a practical understanding of supply chain planning concepts safety stock, reorder point (ROP), lead time variability, and service levels - to evaluate sourcing options and understand their implications for cost, availability, and supplier strategy.
• Use SQL to extract and analyze spend, demand, pricing, lead time, and supplier performance data from ERP and planning systems.
• Use Python for data analysis, automation, and modeling related to pricing trends, demand variability, and sourcing scenarios.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to track KPIs including cost savings, supplier OTD, contract coverage, pricing compliance and contract performance.
• Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for sourcing and operations leadership.
• Monitor supplier performance against cost, quality, delivery, turnaround, and capacity commitments.
• Identify risks related to forecast volatility, long lead times, single-source suppliers, and constrained repair capacity.
• Support supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams to align sourcing with operational and customer requirements.
• Assist with contract reviews, pricing agreements, and service-level terms informed by forecasted volumes.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields.

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $99,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. The Digital Products Configuration Management (DPCM), formerly known as Software Configuration Management (SWCM), department, is hiring a Principal Digital Product Configuration Management Engineer. The DPCM department provides innovative solutions through automation, continuous improvement, and a skilled workforce providing support for all digital products.

The term 'Digital Product' (DP) refers to, but is not limited to, the following software types and their associated data and documentation: embedded (tactical) software, applications, Built-in Test (BIT) software, reprogramming tools, simulation software, test equipment, configurable logic, Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) design, analytical tools used to formally qualify deliverable artifacts, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) system models or related artifacts, Free Open Source Software (FOSS), and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software.

What You Will Do

• Perform builds and releases of digital products manually and/or certified pipelines
• Facilitate/Participate in the Process Change Boards (PCBs)/Digital Change Review Boards (DCRBs)
• Maintain, control, and administer of the Digital Products Development Library (DDL) (formerly known as Software Digital Library (SDL) tools
• Maintain control, traceability, consistency, and security of all configuration items across the digital development lifecycle
• Perform and maintain configuration planning & identification, change management & version control, status accounting, and configuration audits
• Manage digital product development/media libraries
• Document and maintain guidelines and standards for dependency management, build and versioning
• Provide DPCM Tool administration / management control/access to CM relevant tools/applications (i.e. Microsoft Azure DevOps Server (ADS), Git, Gitlab, GitHub, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)
• Administer/manage/use DevSecOps tools like Coverity, Artifactory, Jenkins, Nexus, GitLab CI/CD, Bamboo
• Coordination of data transfers, courier support among various environments
• Lead coordination of various digital product releases and interface with functional and program leadership ensuring on-time delivery and configuration management execution in digital development environment/area

Qualifications You Must Have  

• Typically requires BS/BA Degree in Science, Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) a minimum 8 years of prior engineering experience
• Experience with version control and change management/agile planning tools
• Experience with DPCM/DevSecOps technology, Information Technology (IT), and/or development/scripting
• Experience with Automation shell scripting in Linux, Unix, and Windows
• Active and Current Secret security clearance is required Day 1. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

• Advanced knowledge in Digital/Software Configuration Management principles, process, and implementation/execution

The Boeing Missile & Weapon Systems division is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to oversee the Small Diameter Bomb (SDB) software team in St. Charles, MO (St. Louis Metro Area). Position Responsibilities:

• Manage software engineering team through the software development life cycle.

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with peers, business partners, customers, and other stakeholders.

• Oversee software architecture, design, and implementation practices to ensure compliance with Software Engineering Design Practices, safety-critical requirements, and Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) inputs.

• Participate in program operating rhythm to include Program Increment (PI) Planning, program risk/issue/opportunity (RIO) process, and EVMS activities.

• Takes a collaborative approach to develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and develop and maintain roadmaps.
