NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated Global Sourcing Manager to join our Ecosystem Enablement Team. In this role, you will develop and implement sourcing strategy and engagement plans with key supply partners to align with NVIDIA's pioneering technology and product roadmap. You will play a critical role in enabling new product development and scaling global capacity to support NVIDIA's growing ecosystem needs worldwide.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sourcing and supply chain strategies in collaboration with Global Commodity Managers and cross-functional partners.
- Identify, evaluate, and engage key ecosystem partners across commodity categories such as thermal, mechanical, power supply, cabling, and data center infrastructure equipment.

- Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure alignment on performance, capacity, and investment that supports NVIDIA's global growth and technology roadmap.
- Drive supplier readiness and investment to ensure sufficient global capacity and a resilient supply chain that meets NVIDIA's ecosystem expansion and GPU ramp-up requirements.
- Lead supply chain risk mitigation and enablement initiatives, including qualification, business continuity planning, and continuous improvement programs to strengthen overall supply resilience.

THE POSITION:
The most important aspect of the position of the Associate Director of Global Medical Affairs is being responsible for managing complex projects across medical content development, Medical / Legal / Regulatory (MLR) Review, Medical Affairs (MA) Operations & Excellence, etc. This role also serves as both Client Manager and Project Manager for these projects. Additionally, this individual will be part of the MA leadership team that will support development of MA strategies, solution offerings, technology / innovation, and building and managing MA teams. This person will collaborate closely with other global leaders within our Global Medical Information and Medical Affairs service line and other business units across EVERSANA to further strengthen the vision of an Integrated Medical Affairs solution offering. This person may partner with other Medical Affairs leads by managing multiple complex deliverables for internal and external clients with a team of resources, including both full-time employees and consultants.

- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional Medical Affairs projects, including medical content development, MLR (Medical/Legal/Regulatory) review processes, MA operations, and MA consulting.

Qualifications

The Global Cloud Engineering Leader will be responsible for the overall technical direction for Cloud hosting and automation tools for the company. This role will lead onshore and offshore cloud build and automation resources who are responsible for having a deep understanding of our business strategy, and the creation of a technical capability that enables and accelerates business goals through rapid deployment and scalability of new features and functionalities.

The Brand Marketing Manager – Manpower and ManpowerGroup works with the Sr. Brand Marketing for Manpower and ManpowerGroup as well as the business team, field staff and leadership to implement cost effective Integrated Marketing strategies that attract, engage and retain clients, candidates, associates/consultants and stakeholders.
This is done through development and execution of Strategic Marketing Plans, campaigns and just-in-time activities and opportunities that advance business objectives various channels. The Brand Marketing Manager is considered an expert in positioning service line capabilities, thought leadership and products among key audiences, both internal and external, to ultimately increase awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Making an Impact
- Establish position as a collaborative global partner with regional and country marketers through demonstrated knowledge, proactive outreach and results.
- Develop and support implementation of annual marketing plans. In collaboration with the brand marketing leaders and cross-functional teams, the Brand Marketing Manager will contribute to and execute an integrated marketing plan, ensuring alignment of messages and optimizing outcome.
- Support our center for local, local for world campaign strategy, collaborating with country and regional marketing teams
- Collaborate with multiple global stakeholders to design and deliver marketing communications initiatives that support strategic objectives
- Leverage multi-channel platform and communication strategies to drive insights and brand foundations including newsletters, social, web, events and webinars.
- Competitive and market knowledge, product positioning and messaging. Coalesce knowledge of the market, the product, the value proposition and the key messaging for external communications and sales readiness.
- Work with the marketing leaders to define go-to-market strategies around product and service offerings. Including product naming within established architecture and trademarking and design with Global Legal and Creative.
- Ensure sales and marketing teams have the proper marketing assets and guidance for brand foundational work and campaigns
- Drive brand recognition through content marketing strategy – supporting the content calendar in partnership with marketing leads and Insights.
- Drive and enforce brand standards globally, and ensure availability of brand materials on Global Brand Center
- Own KPI tracking and analysis of digital/social marketing initiatives via global marketing dashboard
Your Typical Day and Other Key Details
- On-site or remote depending on proximity to HQ in Milwaukee
- Strategy and Planning: Review current marketing campaigns and assess their effectiveness. Develop new strategies or refine existing ones to align with overall business objectives.
- Team Meetings: Collaborate with other marketing team members, including creative, project management, copywriters and insights to discuss ongoing projects and brainstorm new ideas.
- Brand Guidelines: Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to the ManpowerGroup and Manpower brand guidelines and messaging.
- Project Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, from concept creation to final delivery. This might involve working with external agencies or internal teams.
- Content Creation: Develop or review content for various marketing channels, such as social media, website, and email marketing.
- Analytics: Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Monitor the marketing brand and campaign budget and ensure that spending is aligned with approved plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Update stakeholders, such as executives or sales teams, on marketing progress and results.
- Future Planning: Maintain the brand and campaign calendars. Look ahead to upcoming marketing initiatives and start planning for future campaigns.

What You'll Do
The AVPD Global Talent Management is responsible for the talent Roll-Up process with the CEO, Succession Planning and Board Reporting. Works in partnership with the CHRO and HR SVPs to provide HRSLT meeting management and facilitation support, ensuring the meeting approach set forth by the TJX CHRO is operationalized. Partners across GTM with fellow AVPs to inform GTM talent strategies and Associate engagement and development, while keeping the primary focus on the data that informs executive talent pipeline globally and executive succession planning.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Leads, develops and maintains programmatic Executive Development and Executive Education to ensure the highest quality of development solutions designed to help executives be successful in their roles. Ensuring HRBPs/Talent Leads have the fluency, consistency and equal access to effectively support executive development.
- Provides support for the global succession planning process – inclusive of data validation and insights, facilitates and manages the divisional roll-ups to CEO to ensure alignment with expectations, is accountable for talent data and status of key position back-ups reported to the Board of Directors.
- Provides meeting management support to the CHRO for HRSLT meetings, inclusive of agenda design and meeting facilitation.
