Job Title: CMM Operator
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Rate Range: $25 โ $32/hour
Shift: 3rd shift (11pm โ 7am)
Whatโs the Job?
- Operate CMM machines (e.g., MicroVu, OGP Smartscope) to inspect machined parts and assemblies.
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) requirements.
- Execute pre-written CMM inspection programs and record results accurately.
- Write, edit, and debug CMM programs (preferably using software such InSpec and Zone3).
- Perform first article, receiving, in-process, and final inspections as required.
Whatโs Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or associate degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience operating CMM equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CMM programming using InSpec and/or Zone3.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of other inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, etc.).
- Experience in medical manufacturing environments a plus

About the Company
The Lead Industrial Electrician is a hands-on working leader responsible for guiding a team of electricians in the electrical assembly and wiring of manufactured equipment and systems. This role balances active participation on the floor with day-to-day leadership, ensuring electrical assemblies are built safely, accurately, and on schedule to meet production and quality requirements.

The Lead Industrial Electrician is responsible for guiding a team of electricians in the electrical assembly and wiring of manufactured equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of electricians in hands-on electrical assembly, wiring, and installation of manufactured products
- Actively perform electrical work alongside the team as needed
- Assign daily work, monitor progress, and adjust priorities to meet production schedules
- Read, interpret, and execute work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of material
- Ensure assemblies meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Troubleshoot electrical and assembly issues and provide technical guidance to team members
- Perform inspections and functional testing of completed electrical assemblies
- Enforce electrical safety practices, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to resolve design or build issues
- Train and mentor electricians and assemblers; support onboarding and skill development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area (5S principles)

Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent electrical certification
- 5+ years of experience in electrical assembly or industrial/manufacturing electrical work
- Previous experience as a lead, senior electrician, or supervisor preferred

- Working knowledge of NEC, electrical safety standards, and industrial best practices

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician - Part-Time
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Pay Range: $23.00/hr
Shift: 3 days per week, Monday-Friday. Days and times will vary.
What's the Job?
- Participate in prescription dispensing processes including patient profiling and preparing, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
- Use pharmacy computer systems to manage prescription profiling, refilling, and inventory control.
- Respond to pharmacy telephone inquiries, addressing patient requests and concerns with professionalism.
- Perform calculations and assist in compounding, packaging, and labeling non-sterile pharmaceuticals and supplies.
- Support third-party prescription insurance processes and handle pharmacy payments through cashiering.
What's Needed?
- Licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Michigan.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in pharmacy or related fields.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and pressures.
- Experience with pharmacy computer systems and prescription processing is preferred.

Enablon Senior Consultant / Lead
Contract | Remote | Pay rate: $60-65/hr. (W2) | Experience: 8โ10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver endโtoโend Enablon implementations, from requirement gathering through deployment and postโgoโlive support.
- Independently manage project execution, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Design and implement NABASICโbased development for Enablon modules as per business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solution recommendations, and drive alignment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, including status updates, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Configure and customize Enablon applications, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure best practices, governance standards, and compliance requirements are followed.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Prepare technical documentation and solution design artifacts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8โ10 years of handsโon Enablon experience.
- Strong expertise in NABASIC scripting and development.
- Proven ability to independently drive oneโtoโend project completion.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with crossโfunctional and global teams.
- Solid understanding of EHS, Risk, Compliance, or Sustainability modules within Enablon.
