The Senior Data Analyst, in partnership with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, will design and develop market and opportunity analysis, monitor and measure contract performance, and model operational strategies and initiatives. Job Summary:

The Sr Analyst - Data & Analytics owns the integrity, analysis, and interpretation of payer claims data to support performance measurement, utilization management, and value-based care initiatives. This role is hands-on and accountable for claims QA, utilization metrics, and analytics outputs used by clinical, operations, and executive stakeholders.

This is an individual contributor role with strong technical depth in payer claims data and healthcare analytics platforms, including MedeAnalytics.


Key Responsibilities


Claims Data Quality & Governance

  • Own QA processes for medical and pharmacy claims data, including eligibility, provider, diagnosis, procedure, and financial fields
  • Identify, quantify, and resolve data anomalies (e.g., lag, duplication, missing claims, inconsistent coding)
  • Partner with data engineering, vendors, and payers to remediate data quality issues
  • Define and maintain claims data validation rules and documentation


Analytics & Utilization Management

  • Analyze and report on core utilization metrics, including:
  • Inpatient admits / 1,000
  • ED visits / 1,000
  • Readmissions
  • PMPM cost trends
  • Length of stay
  • Avoidable admissions
  • Apply payer benchmarks (national, regional, risk-adjusted where applicable) to contextualize performance
  • Support matched cohort, pre/post, and trend analyses
  • Translate claims data into actionable insights for clinical and operations teams


Platform Ownership (MedeAnalytics)

  • Serve as a power user and analytics owner of the MedeAnalytics platform
  • Build, validate, and QA dashboards, reports, and analytic views
  • Ensure alignment between platform outputs and internal data models
  • Act as internal SME for MedeAnalytics capabilities and limitations


Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of healthcare analytics experience

  3. Build and update weekly and monthly dashboards covering product performance, box performance, and styling metrics 
  4. Assist in developing demand planning assumptions and forecasting frameworks (style demand, size curves, inventory flow) 
  5. Build basic planning tools in Google Sheets / BI tools to support: Size curve projections & Product lifecycle tracking 
  6. Conduct assortment and scenario analysis to support predictive demand planning 
  7. Analyze inventory health, sell-through trends, and replenishment opportunities 
  8. Identify optimization opportunities within the current planning workflow and BI infrastructure 
  9. Document demand planning processes and support improvements to internal planning tools. 
  10. Support the team in analyzing marketing and subscription performance, including acquisition, traffic/funnel, CRM, engagement, etc.  
  11. Support migration and setup of analytics tools and platforms to improve tracking of user behavior and marketing performance

Role Summary

Our VP, Data & Analytics unlocks data-driven growth at the speed of natural language through AI-enabled execution across Perform Properties. An innovative architect with deep business literacy, the VP, Data & Analytics will lead our efforts to put data at the center of our Technology capabilities with a modern, performant and AI-ready data & analytics platform. This critical capability will serve a wide range of business functions, enabling Investments, Portfolio, Operations and Finance people to put AI, BI, Analytics and other emerging technologies to work for them every day – not just talk about the potential & possibilities.


This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and is based in the office, 5 days a week.


Essential Job Functions

  • Drive Data Architecture & Engineering excellence that actively reduces our Coordination Tax
  • Build Data Modelling & Analytics capabilities to reduce our Time-to-Productivity
  • Champion Artificial and Business Intelligence (AI / BI) capabilities through compelling next generation interactions (Visualization, Natural Language & Agentic) that reduce our Time-to-Insight
  • Cultivate Data governance & stakeholder engagement that creates real shared ownership of our platform
  • Model the successful use of AI as a capabilities & resource extension, not just a gimmick
  • Develop individuals & teams of technologists in the Data & Analytics space as their leader


Qualifications and Technical Competencies

  • 10+ years leading Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics and/or AI / ML-focused teams
  • 5-7 years managing agile projects (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • 3-5 years managing people (direct reports, manager of managers)
  • Demonstrable success working with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, RedShift, Synapse)
  • Demonstrable success delivering AI / ML initiatives (Natural Language Processing, Predictive Modeling, Statistical Modeling)
  • Advanced proficiency in common data engineering tools (R, Python, DBT, SQL, Azure Data Factory)
  • Advanced proficiency in common visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant tertiary education


Benefits & Compensation

Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).


Base Salary Range: $225,00-$265,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

The Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) Engineering Data Analytics Tool Team (BEDAT) is looking for a Engineering Analytics Analyst to assist in transforming the BCA Engineering Digital footprint in Everett, WA .

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze and implement technical requirements for key performance indicators and metrics in a Cognos based dashboard serving community of 1500 users

  • Design and support backend data source using MS SQL Server/Cognos, by extracting and staging data from 40 upstream databases, creating a single source authority for all BCA engineering related metrics and analytics

  • Develop ad-hoc queries, reports and analytical analysis through SQL, R and Tableau in collaboration with business partners to analyze emerging opportunities

  • Work closely with all levels of BCA Engineering leadership to understand the business and technical requirements

  • Google Cloud Platform familiarization

  • Leads cross-functional teams across multiple business processes

  • Ensures accurate deliverables and maintains results, and communicates to all participants

  • Collects, analyzes, documents, and integrates requirements from multiple process owners

  • Applies and makes recommendations for the process, data, and applications/systems architecture
