Our client is a middle market, multi-location Health & Wellness enterprise making ambitious growth strides nationally.

We are seeking an experienced, growth-focused multi-location operator to take on the mantle of EVP, Operations & Development with a mandate to build out and oversee a highly efficient customer-focused operations network. You will manage the entire project life cycle of new build expansion and drive operational efficiencies across a national enterprise. This individual will come from a proven background in multi-location hospitality, retail or healthcare services with proven experience in successfully introducing best practices, professionalizing operations and functioning as a strategic and tactical business partner alongside the senior executive team. You will have a “roll-up your sleeves” operating style and bring relevant experience in the planning, project management and rapid rollout of an ambitious expansion strategy. This role requires experience leading teams, refining processes, implementing systems and simultaneous project management of the new build strategy.

Chief Medical Officer - Multi-Location Healthcare Services – Pacific Northwest

This middle-market, private equity-sponsored healthcare services business supports patients through the provision of specialty healthcare practices and best-in-class, all-inclusive care across the greater Pacific Northwest region.

We are seeking a Chief Medical Officer responsible for overseeing all clinical activities, partnering with and leading the provider team, and ensuring all medical staff deliver superior services. This position will also be responsible for monitoring regulatory, payer, and quality compliance in partnership with the executive leadership team. Candidates must be board certified in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or a relevant specialty. Candidates must also have acquired several years of clinical practice experience, with at least five years of experience in a leadership role. Proven experience overseeing quality programs, provider supervision, and regulatory compliance will be an asset in this position.

Construction Manager – Co-location

Location: Denver or Dallas

About the Role

Crusoe is expanding hyperscale AI data center cloud infrastructure across the U.S. and internationally through strategic co-location partnerships. As our capacity continues to scale, we need experienced construction leaders who can represent Crusoe’s interests across multiple third-party development partners.

As a Construction Manager – Co-location, you will serve as an Owner’s Representative overseeing co-location construction partners. Rather than managing a single job site, you will act as Crusoe’s on-the-ground authority — ensuring our partners deliver on schedule, quality, and contractual commitments.

This role requires a proactive, experienced construction professional who can “bird dog” complex builds, identify schedule risk early, and step in when projects require leadership and accountability.

This position’s travel requirements will vary, and at times require 50% travel.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Serve as Crusoe’s Owner’s Representative across multiple co-location data center construction projects
• Monitor and enforce schedule adherence, identifying risks and mitigating delays
• Hold general co-location owners and contractors accountable for performance, sequencing, and execution
• Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and schedule alignment
• Provide executive-level reporting on risk, milestones, and partner performance
• Coordinate closely with internal real estate, operations, engineering, cloud deployment, and leadership teams
• Step into underperforming projects to realign contractors and reduce schedule drag
• Support expansion efforts by evaluating new co-location builds and readiness

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• 7+ years of construction management experience
• Strong background working for a General Contractor (GC) preferred
• Experience overseeing large-scale commercial or industrial builds
• Ability to identify schedule gaps, construction sequencing issues, and execution risk
• Strong presence and ability to lead with authority in high-stakes environments
• Experience interfacing directly with executive stakeholders and external partners
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%

• Hyperscaler environment experience
• Experience managing or influencing $100M+ project scopes
• Experience stepping into distressed or delayed projects

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $135,000 - $170,000 + Bonus.

Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation will be determined by experience, education, abilities, and internal equity.
