ResponsibilitiesThe CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
QualificationsMust be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
BLS Certification.

The Director of Nursing-AL is responsible for leading, directing, analyzing, staffing and evaluating the nursing services of the department, as well as supervising members of the team. Also, you may assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Administrator/Housing Director.
ResponsibilitiesThe DON (AL) provides administrative and clinical leadership for nursing staff to promote the delivery of high quality care.
The DON (AL) develops, revises, monitors and implements the department budget to promote appropriate resources.
The DON (AL) develops implements, and evaluates the nursing department all while meeting regulatory compliance.
The DON (AL) serves as a nursing liaison with internal/external groups, residents/families, general public, and other health care providers.
QualificationsCurrent state licensure as a Registered Nurse, which must be in good standing
Possess the ability to make independent decisions and have the ability to prioritize duties
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Required Qualifications:
1 year Home Health Aide and/or Nursing Assistant Registered experience required unless recently certified required
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification or the ability to obtain in one month from hire date
Active certification on the Wisconsin State Registry with the ability to obtain certification on the Minnesota Registry within 3 months of hire date, OR Active certification on the Minnesota State Registry with the ability to obtain certification on the Wisconsin State Registry within one year of hire
Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license as verified through appropriate licensing agency
Proof of current motor vehicle insurance
