Job Description

  • Negotiate, draft, and review purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, loan documents, development agreements, and closing documents

Spanish fluency (spoken and written) required to serve Spanish-speaking clientele

Ability to independently manage litigation matters


Preferred / Plus Experience (Not Required)

Mandamus actions in federal district court

Habeas corpus petitions

Post-conviction relief in criminal court

Prior federal litigation or government experience

Probate/Family court for predicate SIJS orders
