Your RoleAs an early product hire at Turnkey, you will play a pivotal role in the evolution of our existing product, and entry into new product verticals, including:

The Videographer is responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality video and photo

- Engineer, implement, and sustain the Enterprise F5 Application Delivery Controllers (ADCs) supporting DoD DMZ, data center, and Cloud-hosted applications, including Tier 3 support and configuration of GTM (DNS), LTM, and APM modules in compliance with DISA STIGs and industry best practices.
- Implement F5 break-and-inspect capabilities to meet DISA Cloud security requirements and coordinate with CSPs and developers to establish Layer 7 health monitoring.
- Provide subject matter expertise to operations needed to perform root cause analysis and analysis regarding the effectiveness of the network solutions currently under consideration.
- Provide consultation through one-on-one interaction with team members to provide information, insight, and advice, customized for the unique and changing needs of business, including opportunities in growing information technology business. This consulting shall also include briefings to personnel on industry trends.
- Addressing ongoing questions about published service deliverables, identifying partnerships and industry networking opportunities, and interpreting forecasts and research to inform the government's business decisions.

We are seeking a Staff Network Engineer (Team Lead) to serve as the senior technical anchor and day-to-day leader for our Network Engineering function. This role blends deep technical expertise with operational leadership-driving architecture, reliability, compliance, and performance across a modern hybrid cloud environment spanning AWS, Azure, and enterprise on-prem infrastructure.

What You'll Do
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Serve as the lead engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable enterprise network infrastructure across hybrid cloud and data center environments.
- Architect and support complex routing, switching, firewalling, VPN, and load-balancing solutions using Cisco, FortiGate, F5, Cloudflare, and Azure/AWS native controls.
- Lead the networking components of cloud migrations, landing zones, hybrid connectivity, and acquisition integrations.
- Establish engineering standards for network architecture, automation, segmentation, and operational excellence.
Operational Ownership & Reliability
