We are seeking an experienced Manager, Client Programs & Events to lead the planning and execution of high-impact in-person and virtual client events.

This role will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the client services department and lead a team of licensed Property & Casualty Client Service Specialists supporting personal insurance clients.
The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience managing licensed P&C service teams and a strong background in personal lines insurance. This individual will be responsible for ensuring service standards, processes, and procedures are consistently followed to deliver efficient, high‑quality client support.
